Essential amino acids for protein production
Tri Amino™ Powder provides the essential amino acids to help maintain strong muscles, support a healthy topline, and assist in protein production. Essential amino acids means that if they are not provided in adequate amounts, body productions will be limited. As horses, lysine, methionine, and threonine are not produced on their own and therefore can be supplied in their diet. Lysine and threonine are the most likely to be deficient and if found in low amounts can limit the body’s ability to build muscle. A deficiency in methionine affects muscle function and synthesis of structural proteins such as as hoof, connective tissue, and hair health. Lysine and threonine also aid in immune function and is involved in bone health. Tri Amino offers these protein building block in their pure forms, working together to support your horse’s overall body condition and create ideal protein levels for muscle building and function.

Muscle mass
I bought this product to increase my horses protein intake, since he seemed to be losing some muscle mass and he gets hot on alfalfa. This is the second time I've used this product when he lost muscle mass and it worked great! So far he's on the right track and looking better already!

Picky eater didn't like
I have a 22 year old horse that has lost some of his top line with age. My Veterinarian recommended an increase in amino acids. I thought I would try this. Unfortunately my horse wouldn't eat it. He is a very pick eater. At first he tried to sift it to the bottom-then he just stopped eating his grain. I tried for over a month thinking he would get use to the taste-but it was a no go. Sadly I bought three containers and still have 1.5 left. That being said the other horses in the barn were always trying to stop at his feed tub to eat his left over grain and supplement. I gave it 3 stars because I think a non-picky eater would eat it just fine.

I started supplementing Uckele Tri Amino's to improve my mare's hooves, and 12 months later her feet look better than ever. Three months ago, I started my new gelding on Tri-Amino's with targeted exercises to build his topline. The results have been amazing! I'm very happy with the product.

Love your products
I have my 13 yr ottb on several of your products, some to boost his immune system, strengthen his hooves, and his overall appearance. He looks the best he has, since I've had him. He's barefoot and his hooves r in wonderful shape. I've had so many people tell me how good, and healthy he looks. His winter coat is super shiny, and he's happy. When I can save up more $$, I want to get your Immune pellets. Unfortunately, Covid has interfered with my employment, and the government is interfering with the $$ so many of us need. Thank u for such great products, to help me keep my, probably last horse, happy and healthy.

Adds muscle
I bought this product for my OTTB who has a hard time maintaining a "filled out" look. After 2-3 weeks on this product, his butt, chest and neck have filled out noticeably! You won't notice a gradual change, but it seemed that just one day he magically looked beefier (he has not been in work and has just been a cute pasture ornament this whole time). He is still a little ribby so this product did not add overall weight like I was hoping but I am super please at how his muscles have filled out on this.

Great product!
I recently switched my OTTB to Tri-Amino from another brand on the advice of my hoof care professional. I have been very pleased with the result. I didn't expect to see such an overall improvment in his hoof condition since I was "just switching brands". The change has been noticeable and I am very pleased.

Great product!
My ottb needed quite a bit of help in the weight and muscle department after being diagnosed with Lyme disease...he faced a serious battle and had gone down hill fast. After his treatment I added this supplement and it has truly been a god send! Along with a high quality grain and hay...he is also on smartstride ultra, smart digest and vitamin e. The tri amino is also the best bang for your buck!

Saw a big difference!
I bought a pony as a resale project that was so skinny and had absolutely no muscle due to lack of work and improper nutrition! In addition to a well-balanced diet, I wanted to make sure to give her the proper building blocks to get her muscles built up properly! Adding this supplement made such a huge difference for her!

Put weight on my horse after Lyme disease
My mare needed serious rehab after Lyme disease. She list all of her top line and developed kissing spines. The vet felt certain that she would be fine if we could build her back up, so after a month of hand-walking and lunging, we were able to start riding again. We had added some cool proteins to her diet, but she wasn’t building muscle as quickly as we had hoped.
My farrier recommended this and in about 4 weeks I started to see a big improvement. She doesn’t have her summer coat yet, but even though her winter coat is in the middle of shedding, it’s soft and shiny. Her feet are doing great, and I am starting to see a lot more top line, and she really isn’t getting sore from working.
I was giving her weight builder, and I had to back that off because she is putting in a lot of weight since we started the tri-amino

Best Top line builder!
I've been using this for many years, feeding it to my growing foals. One of my brood mares lost quite a bit of her top-line after foaling, this built all the muscles back in. Can't say enough good about this product.

Really helps!

No difference after 2-3 months just crazy mare!
So far no changes :/
I’ve had my mare on this for a month now and I’m thinking about either trying another month or trying something else :/ I have seen no change in body or top line. Only change is that she went from lazy pony mare to spooking at things and acting like a fire cracker! Also I wish was pellet form the powder she won’t eat unless I mix apple sauce :/

Great supplement!
Glad that I purchased this supplement. Saw a difference in my horse's hair growth first and then his top line/hind end started to build. I am on my third jug and have since pulled his shoes with no chipping and limited soreness, too. Not saying this is a 'savior' as he is on a handful of other things as well.... but definitely going to keep him on this with the positive results I have seen. And, he eats it!

Made horse hot!
Using a supplement with amino acids was recommended to me. I was able to use for about 2 weeks - so used roughly half the product - before I started to notice his energy level went through the roof, super hot, lost weight. I wish I wouldn't have put him on this product.

Horse spit it out!
In 18 years of owning my horse, I've never seen him spit anything out...until he was given feed with Tri-Amino in it. Spit it out and then quite literally turned up his nose. Still giving it 3 stars as I appreciate the product and price, but wish it had been made more palatable / not a powder. My older horse needs help with his topline, but this product isn't going to provide it.
