Excellent for a 28 year old TWH Mare!
My old friend seems to be thriving on this supplement! She is much more affectionate (she has tended to be a bit "cranky" these last few years) and actually seems happy....Time will tell, but so far this past month, I am very pleased with this supplement and we both thank SmartPak for this product!

My girl looks awesome!
I started my 17 year old Arabian mare on this two months ago. She has been an easy keeper but she was starting to look a little rough around the edges. After being on this, she has shed out well and has perked up! She had a colt last year and to be honest, I didn't wean him when I should have and that took a lot out of her. But she has bounced back after starting this supplement! I'll be keeping her on it.

Great all purpose vitamin
I started my little senior pony on this vitamin a month ago. He wasn't having an particular issues other than getting older(he is 15 now). Hoping this will keep him eating and looking healthy into his senior years. Affordable preventative maintenance.

so far, so good!
I started both of my twenty-something horses on this to support their overall health as well as provide minerals to boost their immune system after a summer of persistent white line issues. Both of my horses eat it right up, and after a couple of months their feet are looking a bit better. I want to say that my thoroughbred mare seems a little more calm and contented, too, but I can't be sure that it is because of this product.

Only a month

So Far So Good
Started my mare on this about 6 weeks ago because she wasn't getting grain anymore. I haven't noticed any real difference but I'm happy to maintain her good health. I'm very interested to see how she goes through the winter on it.

I tried this product for a month and would keep my mare on it except I decided to go a different direction with her feed for the time being. It is a very good product and Penny had no problems with it. I may consider it for the near future should I decide to switch back.

I've been using Barn Bag supplement for many years now with satisfying results. Now that I have down sized from running a boarding stable to just my own two senior horses (18 and 32 years of age) I thought I'd try the Thrive Sr. My younger horse frequently spits some of it out onto the floor, so not sure that he likes it much. My old girl seems to think it's okay. Might go back to Barn Bag, but not sure yet.

Perfection
This supplement makes my gelding THAT much better. He's my aged show horse and turnout is limited so I like to keep him on vitamins for over all vitality and to make sure he's not missing a beat!

We put my mom's 15 yr old Quarter Horse on the SmartVite Thrive Senior pellets several months ago and have seen a marked difference in his demeanor. He had been acting like he didn't feel good with no medical reasons for it. We decided to try the vitamins and it's worked! He has his old "pep in his step" back.

New Supplement
We bought this supplement a month ago for our 26 year old gelding, who is at the "pasture pet" stage of life. He is happily eating it and feeling good, but I can't tell if the supplement has made a difference. We are trying to do what we can to keep him happy. He has Cushings (for which he takes medication) and glaucoma in one eye (also medicated) and we have been able to maintain his weight quite well. It is hard to rate the effectiveness of the product without a longer time period. We plan to keep using it.

I purchased this product for my 22+ year old horse a couple months ago. She is a very picky eater and we had no issues with her wanting to eat this. Since being on SmartVite she has more energy. Seeing her loping and playing in the pasture is all the evidence I need that she is feeling good!

Just Right
This is just what my "old ladies" need. They are 24 and 26, live outside 24/7 coming in to get a feed and occasionally I leave the barn open so they can go in their stalls if the weather is really awful. They look good, have energy for our occasional trail ride and kick up their heels every so often.

Pleased with results
I am very pleased with the physical results I am seeing after having my two seniors on this product for about 6 weeks. I had tried two other multivitamin products but since being on SmartVite Thrive Senior there are notable differences. One senior was having trouble maintaining a normal vit. E & Se value and both seniors were suffering with cracked &/or split hooves. After a month on this supplement without a specific vit. E/Se supplement, my one guy's values are normal; low normal, but normal. After 6 weeks their hooves seem to be in better condition and both are displaying more youthful attitudes. So far, I'd say the product has successfully targeted and addressed senior needs.

I am very pleased with this product and how it has worked so well for our 27 year old Irish Connemara. The sparkle in his eyes and coat are real testaments to this product. He is able to continue trail riding in the Catoctin Mtns. of Maryland and enjoys getting out for these rides.

Looking good!
Sonny is 23 years old and still very youthful. However, I had always fed him either a full portion of fortified feed or a ration balancer. In a boarding situation, they just give him whatever fortified feed he needs to keep his weight, which isn't much if he isn't working hard (which he isn't because of my shoulder issue). I was concerned that he wasn't getting all of his nutrients, so I decided to add this product to his SmartFlex Senior Herb Free (which I'm not 100% he need but I give it to him anyway). We're a couple of months in and that red dun coat of his has grown so red and glowing. It is definitely agreeing with him.

Great Nutrional Value, but....
This vitamin was missing in my aged horse's Senior feed. SmartVite was the answer. Easily blended, he readily accepted the small pellets, but I can no longer feed daily as directed. 1 tiny scoop each in his 2 daily feedings, after 2 weeks, gave him big protein bumps. Once I stopped, the condition subsided in a week & hasn't returned. Protein bumps also erupted when I gave him Farnum's Weight Builder 2x daily. I changed to Gain Weight 2x daily. He tolerates GW without a reaction, enables him to retain his weight & have a nice coat. He's a 34 yr. old chestnut QH, a bit of a hard keeper, trim, but not boney or lithargic. I'll start SmartVite again this week-end & give once weekly in 1 daily feeding & see how he tolerates the product before I increase it to 1 dose twice a week. I like knowing he'll get B-vitamins, but only if he tolerates a lower dose. Won't know if a lower dose will even make a difference as the body doesn't retain this vitamin...but he's healthy for his age & worth the effort.

I was excited to get this product and I dont know how but, my 24 year old horse can eat everything around it and leave every last pellet. I am going to call in today to see if I cn enhance flavor as he is a brat. My 18 y/o horse loves it
