Comprehensive tendon & ligament formula
SmartTendon Pellets provide targeted support for tendons and ligaments to help keep your horse going strong for years to come! This cutting-edge formula contains carefully selected key ingredients, including 4,000 mg of hydrolyzed collagen, to help provide your horse’s body with what it needs for resilient tendons and ligaments. It also contains 300 mg of silica, a trace mineral that’s vital for connective tissue health, but may not be found in adequate levels in many horses’ diets. Additionally, it includes 2,500 mg of MSM, which has been shown to protect tissues against the damaging effects of exercise and stress. Lastly, SmartTendon Pellets provide the antioxidant vitamin C, which is also important in the production of connective tissue. This unique formula can be given alone or combined with your favorite joint supplement. SmartTendon Pellets are the ideal way to help maintain your performance horse’s soft tissue health or to support your horse in recovery.

Amazingly fast results!
I bought this in my horses smart packs and he's been on the for a week and i have already started to see his tendons are much tighter ad he feels better overall. He has had a history of swollen and lose tendons and this has really helped

It's Amazeballs!
My gelding was diagnosed with a 25% tear to his front suspensory tendon last spring. I did all of the vet prescribed protocols plus put him on this supplement. He healed up faster than expected and is back to work, and his health over-all has improved. Please don't stop making this supplement, ever! My gelding will be on it for the rest of his life lol! I know that others horses are now on it at the barn I'm at, all with positive results.

Great product
I ordered this for a rescue that was over 300 lbs underweight when I received her. She is about 25-28 yrs old. After feeding her to put on weight, I noticed her creaking allot when she walked, so I thought she needed help with senior pellets, since they offered just what she needed. She has gained weight, does not creak and is very happy. Actually has a little spunk in her walk and attitude!

Easy to feed

Seems to have worked
It is hard to say if this helped as I only used it a month, but it sure didn't hurt. Yankee sustained "significant disruption" to his tendon, which required 3 weeks stall rest and 3 weeks rehab. I started him on this nearly immediately. After the first three weeks a new ultrasound was done, and the vet could not find any sign of damage at all! I believe it would be a combination of this, and the Back On Track No Bow wraps (also purchased here) that helped with the quick recovery. Yankee had no problem gobbling it up with the rest of his feed.

Fantastic results!
I bought SmartTendon after my gelding was diagnosed with a medial Colleteral ligament tear in his coffin joint. After 3 months we had another ultra sound done and my vet said the results were nothing short of amazing! I'm am thrilled and we are getting back to work, I will continue using SmartTendon!

Bowed Tendons
I have a 8 year old Standardbred Mare who came to me with two low front bowed tendons. After 6 months of rehab work and taking this supplement her tendons are fully healed. She'll stay on this product for as long as she lives!

great gait improvement
I purchase this in the hopes that my horse Nic would improve front leg tendon problems - Although his carriage and gait have changed - not chopping, greater ease of movement. There is more that meets the eye and will need veterinary expertise. I can really seen the change and I am very pleased with that.

Meh...
I tried this for a month for my gelding with unexplained lameness. It didnt really seem to do anything one way or another but at least the price was affordable enough for trying it out for a month. Also it was easy to feed and had some good ingredients, though not sure about the therapeutic doses, would research futher.

Tried Resilience III before Smart Tendon on my pleasure riding horse who had a clean break in one of hoof ligaments. It worked good, but Resilience III showed remarkable improvement. My horse did not care for taste and had to cover by using cereal mixed in with grain & supplement.

Vet happy with healing progress
I bought this product when my jumper sustained a minor tendon injury. I don't know if it has done anything or not, but my vet was very pleased with her progress. Very palatable.

Great product!
My horse has improved thanks to this product! She was stiff, cranky, choppy and reluctant to work. After a few short weeks of this product, combined with Bute-Less, she seems like a different horse. I wish I had filmed her movement and behaviour prior to these supplements because I notice such a difference in her. I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing Product
My mare strained her front left check ligament in turn out and had been off for over a month. I put her on Smart Tendon due to the good reviews I had read. She's been on the supplement for two weeks now, and sound as could be. People have even commented that she's moving better than before she went lame and she is much more willing to move forward and utilize her hind end more. She's traveling more forward, straighter, and just all around happier to move under saddle. She's a very picky eater and will hoover this up right away. Best money I've ever spent on a supplement, and my mare will stay on Smart Tendon forever!

Miracle product
My horse injured his tendon about 3 years ago, after the injury I put him on Smart Tendon. He was on it for about 2 years, then I decided to switch to Platinum Performance CJ. After being on Platinum CJ for about 6 months he injured his suspensory ligament in the same leg due to the weakness. He is back on Smart Tendon and recovering.

Very Happy
My daughter's mare injured her tendon at an endurance ride in November 2014, We put her on SmartTendon right away as well as keeping her in Back on Track Standing wraps. The improvement was noticeable within a few days, nice tight leg with no inflammation or lameness! She had a ultrasound today at 9 weeks and it was clean, no sign of injury or inflammation. We will continue treating her with stall rest and hand walking for the next couple months till we are sure she is completely ok and will keep her on the SmartTendon indefinitely as she returns to her work. She is a valued member of the family and my daughter's best friend, we will make sure she has every advantage too a long and successful life.

Useful Product for Spooky Gelding
I have had my 5yo quarter horse gelding on this supplement for a month now. He had never been out of an arena before I purchased him and can be a dirty spin-and-bolt spooky horse when trail riding, especially near trees/woods or when riding near other horses turned out in paddocks. I feel like this supplement has taken the edge off. He still looks at things and will jump/startle occasionally but he hasn't done his spin-and-bolt move for a few weeks now. And I've noticed that when I ride him within a few hours of having given the supplement in his morning feed, he seems much more calm and relaxed than when I ride later in the evening, maybe because he was more recently dosed. All in all, I am happy with the product and I plan on keeping him on it for the time being as I do feel like it is helping him. Also, since starting the supplement, his coat looks fantastic, he has really dappled out and is looking quite good.

Quicker then expected recovery!
My senior gelding tore a check ligament playing out in his pasture. :(
Vet prescribed 8-9 months of handwalking and limited turnout. Put my guy on SmartTendon and he was doing so well, after only 4 months his is on full turnout again. Galloping his way to his next injury! :)

It's just great! Best supplement I've used!
I am on my second month of this and I love it. My horse had a bowed tendon and since it healed he always had a little lump on where it healed over, and after just a little more than a month of using it, it is gone! I would recommend this for anyone!
