Works really well!
My horse was on stall rest for 2 weeks, then small paddock for 6. He never went crazy and kept calm cool and collected.

Anxiety and Aggression increased on product
I had a really quiet OTTB on stall rest for 6 weeks that was successfully on Quiessence prior to adding SmartR&R. I thought that the SmartTranquility along with the SmartFlex Rehab and SmartDigest Ultra would be perfect for him to get back in order before we started handwalking and riding again. I was wrong, as soon as I added the SmartR&R to his diet he went off grass hay (only ate alfalfa) showing stomach upset, became aggressive and agitated in his stall (pretty much everything I was hoping to not have with stall rest). During all this he reinjured his leg by kicking the stall.
I took him off SmartR&R supplement after the first month and put him back on Quiessence and he settled right back to his sweet self again.
I'm really not sure if it was the product or him reacting to something in the product but I would not recommend this based on the personality changes I saw in him.

Just okay...
Switched my 22yo Arabian to this from the SmartSenior Combo pellets when he tore his peroneous tertius. Ended up switching him back to the SmartSenior, as I didn't really notice it making a difference, even after 6 weeks.

good quality
I have an older gelding that started on stall rest and is now on pasture rest after a surgery. He seems happy and fluid in his joints even after a month stall rest. I like the added calming and extras for horses joints. Not a long term supplement for him, but for these two months I think it was good. Not 100% sure it was worth the money... probably could have just used a joint supplement, calmer, flax and mineral block to just as easily keep him happy.

Perfect for Stall Rest
There are two things a really like about this product; the SmartTranquility kept my mare quiet while on stall rest and the extra digestive support with her new feeding pattern. This supplement was a great choice for giving my mare the continued joint support she needs with the added support.

Great value with all the combined ingredients!
Keeps my OTTB mare calm when turnout during cold winter months is limited. The ingredients for joint, tendon, and ligament health are excellent. She is comfortable and ready to work in dressage. The addition of colic care is a benefit.
