Finally found something that works!
My coming 3 year old stud colt has had an issue with loose stool since day one. He’s on a regular deworming schedule via decals done by our vet, tried different types of hay, and have probably tried most digestive supplements. Within the first week of starting these pellets, my boy’s runny poo issue was almost completely gone!

Smartpak stands by their colic care program!
This review is as much about the Smartpak Colic Care program as SmartDigest Ultra but figured relevant since like so many I decided to start this product to have the peace of mind with being enrolled in the colic care program and per my vet's recommendation. I also thought it was a good product for digestive health. My pony found it very palatable. Unfortunately my pony suffered an impaction colic with a flip requiring surgery after only in the program six months. Smartpak made a horse owner's worst nightmare so much easier. Even though we had only been enrolled a short time, they stood behind their guarantee and the claim process was as easy & stress free as they advertise. Subsequent to another colic episode post surgery I recently switched to another product per my vet. However I am forever grateful to Smartpak!!

Seems to help with recurrent loose manure
My gelding has had some medical issues over the past year. Chronic, intermittent diarrhea and loose manure would last for weeks at a time. The vet never figured out what causes it, for sure. But the smart calm and the smart digest have been working for him for the past few months. His manure looks great and he’s happier because he feels better. It didn’t cure him, by any means, as his issue seemed to clear up on its own prior to starting the supplements, which was almost more frustrating. But the calm and digest supplements have not made anything worse and seem to help keep him consistent. I started him on calm for a few months, then added the digest.

Noticable Difference
My horse had serval mini colics about 6 years ago. We put him on this supplement and he hasnt had any issues since, despite moving across the country at age 21 and dealing with changing weather conditions. Recently switched to the pellets as he became pickier with his feed.

Really helping my senior horse
My almost 30 year old gelding had loose stools last winter when he switched to hay from pasture. It was messy for him and me! Started him on these probiotics this winter and so far it's working! He's been on them for a month and a half.

Great product so far!
I have only used this product for one month and my mare seems to be less agitated and less prone to gastric upset symptoms due to the weather change.

The Cure
My gelding does phenomenal on this product. A year ago he had sand in his gut and loose output. He improved immediately and returned to his spunky self once I put him in this supplement. He's been on it a year and I won't ever take him off. Truly beneficial to his nutrition and overall well being. I recommend it to everyone.

Peace of mind.
I am so happy to have a product that will give my horse extra protection in protecting her digestive system. Also I find comfort in knowing that this product carries with it $7,500 in colic surgery reimbursement. Hopefully we will never need it.

Fantastic Supplement!
My horse, Rhythm, has been recieving SmartDigest Ultra Pellets since early 2013. He's never had digestive issues, and does not easily stress, but the idea of it qualifying him for ColiCare was reason enough for a loving horse mom at the time. We have been at three barns that have gone downhill since 2013, and for all I know, the SmartDigest Ultra Pellets very well may be the reason Rhythm has been able to handle those transitions so smoothly. And, as SmartPak rightfully boasts, the only thing better than having $7,500 of reimbursement for colic surgery, is never having to use it!

Works great!
My 22 year old Percheron Quarter horse cross started having gas colic symptoms with every pasture rotation. My vet recommended pro-biotics and this Smart Pak product was exactly what he needed. I love that it comes in pellet form so I'm sure my boy is eating all of it and he loves it! Since starting this product, he has been his normal grass gobbling self! Thank you Smart Pak for a great product that puts my mind at ease.

Love it!
Bought this for my endurance horse who was showing signs of some metabolic issues after a ride. Since she has been on this product she has had no more issues, and overall performance has increased. Even did an experiment of taking her off smartpak and finding a cheaper probiotic. The issues came right back. Put her back on the smartpak and she has never felt better! I'll be keeping her on it probably forever! Works Great! Love it!

Awesome product!
This product was recommended to me by a SmartPak representative when i told her my mare cribs consistently. I was a bit sceptical at first. But, since starting this product a month ago; I have seen a major decrease in the urge for my mare to crib. I could not be happier with her progress!

Wonderful
I started my horse on this supplement a little over a month ago. My 23 y.o. arab has chronic diarrhea and coliced twice last year. He is underweight, but would get even worse diarrhea on 2nd and 3rd cutting hay. After just and few weeks of using this product, he is able to eat 2nd cutting hay and has NO diarrhea. He is finally gaining weight too. Very glad I bought this product.

Works!
No more cowpies. It worked! In fact, after it worked I stopped the supplement. Within a couple days I restarted it. I think the hay got something out of balance and this did the trick to get me by till I can switch.

Amazing
I started using this product in the middle of March and I love it! I love that smart pak is looking out for me and my horse, it's a weight off of my back and I know my horse is being protected. It is also in a convient pellet form so my horse doesn't even know the difference from her grain!

Ace switched from power to pellets seamlessly
A SmartPak Rep suggested I switch from powder to pellets so I could get free shipping on each order and other "perks" SmartPak offers. I was concerned my horse might not eat the pellets since they are a different color & smell than the powder. He never missed a beat so I am very pleased with this change.
