Vet wanted to perform a hip replacement.
We have our horses on Smart Pak thought we would try Smart Pak on our large Shepherd. Vet wanted to do major surgery. We thought of Smart Pak for her and bought SmartCanine Joint Ultra.. IT’S AMAZING!! She now plays and runs and has her “SPARK” back!! We LOVE this! Thank you SMART PAK!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My dog loves them!
My dog is 2yrs old, very active and jumps a lot. I started her on these as a preventative, so I cannot speak yet to the effectiveness, that's why I give 4 stars.
I will say that my dog LOVES to eat them!

Works great!!
Smartcanine have me my active puppy girl back.... she's only 10 years young!! Sydney had some soreness and wasn't as active but now she is much more comfortable!!

Puppy Approved!
After my 8 month old Labrador puppy came up with a stiff strained muscle I decided to put her on some joint support. Of course I cleared her injury with the vet before beginning. So far highly recommend! I already get Smartpak for my horse so they were my first choice for my puppy! All of my animals are moving great and stiffness gone! Thanks Smartpak!

Great Product!
I absolutely LOVED this product in tablet form. Even in the newer "chew," the ingredients make for an incredibly well-rounded supplement. My Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher do incredibly well on this supplement. They think the taste is to die for, and always beg for extra. Sadly, my Greyhound gets loose stools from this supplement. I hate it because as a retired racer, he really does need joint, tendon and ligament support. He never had loose stools when using the tablets, but I can no longer give him the chews. I have recommended this product to so many friends and family members. If your dogs don't have a sensitive stomach, this supplement is perfect!

Our dog was born with a bad knee and after 7 yrs. It started to cause terrible pain. He could hardly walk. Veterinarian suggested trying a joint supplement. We have our three older horses on smart pack joint supplement and they do great so we called smartpack and found out they have joint supplement for dogs. Within 2 days of starting this supplement his pain was gone and within 1 week he started running around like a puppy. Thank you smart pack for having great products and saving our dog from having to have surgery.

Walking better!
My 13 year old golden retriever was having trouble walking, since she blew her ACL a couple of years ago, but since we started her on your soft chews for joints, she is walking 80% better, she is stiff when she gets up, but we’ve noticed a huge difference!!! Thank you Smart Pak

Elbow Dysplasia help
My 4 year old 30 pound dog has been on this for about 6 weeks now to help with the discomfort of her elbow dysplasia. She seems to have more energy from the antiinflammatory properties of the supplement. I would definitely recommend to add this joint supplememnt to any dogs joint health regimen.

Been using these for a while. It's a great product but I have to break them into 4 pieces each and mix them with canned food to get my dog to eat them. I wish this supplement came in liquid form.

Help for arthritis
Our Brussels Griffon is around 15 years old and pretty weak in his hips. Joint Ultra keeps him comfortable, he can even do the stairs! The chewables are a bit large for a small dog, so I cut them in half-he thinks they are delicious!

Not anywhere near what the tabs we're.
Had our older border collie on the smartpak joint tabs plus Omega. She was doing great after a strain. Apparently the tabs are no longer available. Replaced with soft chews. They did not help her at all, also for her weight needed 3-4 a day. Not cost effective.

Steady Improvement
I have all my horses on an extensive supplement plan backed by several hours of research particularly in the areas of joint health (some on SmartPak, others not). When my dog started to show a few initial signs of joint discomfort 2 years ago I decided it was time to help her out with a supplement. If you look at the ingredients in SmartCanine Ultra it contains several of the essentials of joint health (Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin and HA). After using this product for 2 years I can very confidently say that we saw a noticeable difference in Nellie's mobility and comfort. HOWEVER, one thing to consider when looking into supplements is that very rarely are the results immediate! It takes time for the body to absorb and put the ingredients to work especially when it comes to joints/bone health. We started seeing major results after a few months (3-4) and it has been a stead incline since then. I have a 10year old dog who runs around like she is 5. She is my best friend and it makes me happy to see her so comfortable despite her age. She used to occasionally get stiff and limp a little bit (she was vetted -- no injuries/growths) and had trouble going up the stairs. About 6-7 months on this supplement and we *hardly ever* see her in any sort of discomfort despite her active lifestyle. So if you are looking for something to help your aging dog stay comfortable, or to help prevent/slow joint discomfort this should put both you and your dog at ease. Thanks again, SmartPak.

Pup won't touch it...
I was very excited to start my 7yr old pug mix on these daily joint supplements, and after the first couple days, he won't eat them. :(

Got this supplement for my 6 year old large dog to help her feel her best. She's only been on it for 2 weeks so I can't say if she is doing better but I feel good about giving her joints help. She gobbles them up!

My picky eater pup LOVES these soft treats. Really great ingredients. Only downside is there is too much packaging for my liking if you get it in "smartpaks" rather than a bucket. If I order again I will do the bucket.

Surprise Formula Change
Asher has been on the Smartpaks SmartCanine™ Joint Ultra 28 day Auto Ship program for about 2.5 years. He loved the SmartCanine™ Joint Ultra and thought they were treats, we call them his "after dinners" and he gets SO EXCITED to have them. More importantly, after starting them, I noticed a huge difference. It used to be that after a day at the barn he would be stiff and sore the next day and after being on these tabs for a few weeks he was like a younger version of himself. I had recommend this supplement to numerous friends and to my parents for their dogs. Then, out of the blue, I received an email from Smartpak that they were changing the formulation a bit and making them soft chews. When you compare the two products (see attached picture they are drastically different (the red indicates a different source for the component). Additionally, they included things like resveratrol, much of the research on which has been retracted. Furthermore, although Asher will eat the soft chews, they get stuck in the roof of his mouth and in his teeth and I am so worried he will choke. A couple of weeks after the switch, he came home from the barn super sore one day. Now, maybe this is unrelated but I don't understand why a popular product would be changed with no option to customers. I have called Smartpak to voice my concerns and they have made note of it but I wanted to include a review as well. I STRONGLY urge Smatpak to reconsider and give your customers a choice between tablets or Soft Chews, and to revisit the original formulation instead of removing all agency from customers. For the mean time, I cancelled Asher's Auto Ship orders and stocked up on a few bottles of the remaining SmartCanine™ Joint Ultra but customer service told me 'once they are gone, they're gone'. They couldn't give me an expiration date on the current stock so I didn't order too many. Frustrated.

What a great difference
My lab 11, love these . After just a few days we notice she was more lively , eager to go for her walks in the meadow. Now she back to ranging farther away. I see the range of motion in her hips has improved.

Love these new nuggets
Received my first months supply of the new and improved ultra soft chews. It's so convenient having them shipped automatically. My cattle dog is 13 and loves to eat them. Her hips are aging but she still can navigate stairs and she stills loves to fetch.

Maggie Hate these!
Maggie has been on the Smartpaks SmartCanine™ Joint 28 day Auto Ship program for 4 years. The SmartCanine™ Joint she was on were the tablet form and she really enjoyed taking these, she thought they were treats and she would even do her trick for them. So why, oh why would you discontinue this product and change it for these soft chews that she hates with a passion. She refuses to take them and what is the use of trying to force these soft chews on her, that she does not like, even though she needs them to protect her joints. It's just a waste all around.
I would urge Smatpak to reconsider and give your customers a choice between tablets or Soft Chews, instead of, " Here you go folks, this is all you have for your choice ". So, I will be cancelling Maggie's Auto Ship orders because there is no use continuing with this supplement if she will not take them. Your customers need a choice.
