Perfect vitamins and love the autoship.
Well my dog is just turning 8 so I thought it was time to put some vitamins into his diet. I feed a commercial diet but felt he needed some joint support. He is a super active dog and wanted to support him for the future. He loves the vitamins pretty sure he swallows them whole!!!

Struggle to get my dog to eat these
I switched to Smartcanine SR soft chews from Movoflex-which my dog loved- because she is going to be 14 and has been having some minor arthritis and I wanted to give her a supplement with more in it. I bought one container to start as she weighs 48 pounds. She can be a picky eater and it was a bit of a struggle to get her to eat 4 chews. We finished that container and I bought two more to get the better price. It is a legit struggle to get her to eat these. Even if I put tasty stuff on them. I do not see any additional improvement over the much cheaper Movoflex. I just wish she would eat them...

5 Years on this Supplement!
I have been buying this supplement for 5 years. I had a vet check the ingredients to assure I did not need to track liver function. I LOVE this supplement, and smartpak customer service. I switched my dog to something else when it changed from pill form to a chew, and I regretted it immediately, ended up throwing the other stuff away after a couple months. My dog was shedding in puffs, and sore even though the amounts were similar. Will not be using anything else, my 11 year old dog acts like a 3 year old.

Great Combo Supplement
My senior dog has a sensitive digestive system and it is difficult to find supplements that are effective and agreeable with her body. The Smart Canine Combo was the perfect choice!

For really creaky dogs
I bought this to give my older, but still in great shape little dog (10 lb) some support. The chews are large but he ate them up the first day. Then the tummy trouble started immediately. These chews have multiple anti inflammatory ingredients and it was just too much. I tried halving the dose and only giving with meals, adding yogurt, etc. and still he had upsets. Poor little guy didn't even want to eat them after the second time. It would also be nice to get a smartpak dose tailored for small dogs - the lowest rating is 30 lbs.

It probably would work
smart pak is always great. And I'm sure the dog supplements are too. My dog won't eat them He doesn't like the taste. Not any fault on Smartpak.

AMAZING results!
Ok I bought this on sale, thinking nothing of it because my dog had been on a double strength joint supplement for years. She is a 14 year old Boxer/Beagle who 6 month ago injured her back and after a month of hind leg paralysis recovered, but was super weak and wobbly for months. I started giving this to her and within FOUR DAYS she was running around, dragging me for walks, and jumping on and wrestling with our younger dog which she has NEVER DONE in the 5 years we have owned him! We lovingly refer to this supplement as “Doggie Cr*ck” now because she is literally a different dog! I still cant believe it. I waited until we made it though a whole jar to write this, because I figured it must be a fluke, but she has been like this for the whole bottle. PLEASE never change or discontinue this supplement SmartPak!

Great Additive to my dogs day
I bought these for my senior dog, who is starting to really show some signs of age. She is a little chunky and lumpy, but i have really noticed an improvement in her coat and movement. She has a little hitch in her giddyup, but i have noticed her being more comfortable getting up and down. She likes the taste and she thinks its just a cookie!

Work great, but only 2/3 oft dogs like them.
After a few weeks I noticed a smoother coat on my dog with super dry skin and less seasonal allergy symptoms on my other dog (he tends to get some itchy eye symptoms). The only downside is my one oldest dog won’t eat them unless he’s REALLY hungry, and one of the other dogs will only eat it if I sneak it with some other treat. Honestly it’s not really a big deal, but I could see if your dog was SUPER picky or had a limited diet where you couldn’t give it with another treat now that would be problematic.

Happy senior dog
My 11 year old lab mix has been on this supplement for about 2 weeks now, and I’ve noticed a difference! Her coat is looking much healthier, and she’s eating better and seems to have more energy. I think the digestive “help” was a little too much for her though - the recommended dose gave her diarrhea, so I give her only 2 chews a day now and that seems to work great. And my dog eats the chews up like a treat (although she’s not a picky eater to begin with).

My dog loves these chews!
My dog is the pickiest eater I have ever met when it comes to supplements! Even other products labeled as "soft chews" have been promptly rejected; but she loves these! She thinks they are a tasty treat. And I love that she is getting so many great ingredients to keep her joints, digestion, and coat healthy. She is 11 years old now and looks great! Her coat is shiny and soft, her stools are regular, and she still jumps and runs around like she did when she was young. It is so simple to give her these all-in-one chews and feel good about the support I am giving my best friend every day.

Highly dissatisfied ... Miss the old supplement
My 15 year old dalmatian had been on Smart Canine Senior for the past 5 years with zero issues. He loved the taste and was very active and not arthritic. Out of nowhere I was sent the new product with no explanation about why Smartpak was changing formulas. I've tried to feed my dog this new formula for months with no success. He eats literally everything. I try to give him the supplements as a treat, he spits them out. I tried to hide them in his food and he won't eat his entire bowl of food (he gobbles up his food with no supplement). He has lost weight and is very arthritic now. I have seen a very obvious decline in his physicality since his supplements were switched. I wish I had known that Smartpak was phasing out the old supplement because I would have stocked up. I have been a loyal customer of both the canine and equine divisions and am highly disappointed with the way the supplement switch has been handled by Smartpak. I'm now looking for a supplement that will both deliver the help my dog needs and is paletable. My min pin will not eat these either.

My dog won’t eat them.
I bought these to replace a wonderful full spectrum supplement Smart Canine Health, ( discontinued by SmartPak). I had to cover these with honey and almond butter to get him to eat them. Won’t reorder.

My dog loves the taste!
My little almost 13 yr. old PomaPoo is a very very picky dog. She really loves these chews. It helps that they are soft as she doesn't have many teeth left! She's only been on them for a very short time so I am not sure if they're helping with her "older" dog issues yet, but I am pleased that she likes them.

When i found out there were chews available, I switched. My dog thinks they are treats, so I no longer have to cajole her into eating her supplements. I like that they give her what she needs and she is happy to get them.
