ReitSport is an outstanding all-in-one formula for joint, hoof, coat, and digestive support! This formula features HorseTech’s popular human-grade flaxseed base, which is rich in natural omega 3 fatty acids. Each 4 oz. serving of Reitsport provides 30 mg of biotin and 15 g of omega 3 fatty acids, along with Zinpro brand organic trace minerals, methionine, 10,000 mg of glucosamine HCl, 2,000 mg of chondroitin sulfate, 10,000 mg of OptiMSM brand MSM, and 4,500 mg of vitamin C, plus a complete probiotic package. Instructions

Administer ReitSport-C to mature horses at the rate of four ounces (two scoops) per horse, daily. As part of a nutritionally balanced program, four ounces (two scoops) of ReitSport-C will provide optimum results. Introduce into diet gradually, increasing slowly to desired rate. Do not exceed four ounces (two scoops) per horse, daily.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Luna from Bad smell I normally order this direct from the manufacturer but ordered the 40 lb from Smart Pak. I have been using this for some time but this was the first batch that had a really strong chemical smell. My horses normally have no issue eating it but none would eat this. Way too expensive to return so I trashed it. Order a batch from the manufacturer and it smells fine and horses are eating it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by meggy from Great product I got this to try on my 22 yr old retired hunter/jumper horse with ring bone and cushings. His hair coat has not looked this good in 6 years and has some new hoof growth. It is a lot too feed so if you have a picky eater it could be tough. Going to try 2 other horses on it to see if its just a fluke.

My favorite horse has some joint issues, so I bought this intending to feed it to her. Unfortunately she won't eat it. I've given it to a few of my other horses and they'll only eat it if I add hot water to their grain so it mixes together with the supplement. It smells good to me. The horses don't prefer it, though, so I won't buy it again. Omega Horse Shine works well for coats, but I'll have to get something else with MSM, Chondroitin and Glucosamine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rwnss from AMAZING company! Started this for the hoof supplement and liked the joint combo as a preventative. We spent 18 mos on Farrier's Formula Double Strength with only some improvement - and I was told repeatedly that it was the best on the market. Only 6 months on on this stuff and his feet look amazing! No more cracking and splitting and the new growth is strong with good white line connection. The volume of powder is a little hard for my horse to eat without some leftovers, but after getting some here I saw a post on COTH about the manufacturer and ended up switching to their ReitHoof pellets - and they also have a pelleted joint too so those might be better options for picky eaters. Best thing is that the ReitHoof pellets have a B-complex that is enough to balance my horse's ration so I no longer need to supplement for that. Plus my horse only needs 3/4 of recommended dose so I am getting all my sups in one for the price of just the FF Double strength. I LOVE HorseTech and their supplements!

The dosage of this product is a bit heavy and he often leaves some in his bucket. I am considering lowering the dosage slightly... But I think it is a good product for the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CapeDRSGRider from Excellent ingrediants, but too much volume. I researched for a good while on a good "all-around" supplement for my new PSG WB mare. I feed other supplements in addition that SmartPak doesn't carry, so I ordered the 20lb bucket of Reitsport. I hoped that my new mare wouldn't be picky, but after 2 months of having her on the Reitsport I felt like she wasted most of it. I've since switched her to Remission for the time being. Not as much "stuff", but she's eating it and it's not putting me on a Ramen noodle diet. I wish the manufacturer would compress the Reitsport into a pellet, and maybe find a way to make it NOT smell like a beef bullion cube.
