Good quality
My horses are enjoying this salt block. Seems to have good role as the colt bangs it around but it stays secure.

Picky mare eats this up!
I bought this about a month ago and my mare has done some damage on this salt block! I love how its all natural Himalayan salt and string comes preattached- it can be quite a struggle to hang up salt blocks. I will repurchase all year around as it's recommended to have a salt block as well as electrolytes in their diet.

I want the best for my horse. Saw a lengthy YouTube ad about how this is better than a Himalayan salt lick. I figured I would give this a try. My horse didn't even touch it. Had to swap it out back to the Himalayan one. This rock salt is too course and rough!

An essential for my horse!
I just purchased a Redmond salt block for my horse. He is pretty picky and have never seen him touching his salt block, but he seems to like this one! Bonus features is that it is filled with minerals!

Horse loves this salt!
My mare refuses normal salt blocks, whether red or white, and isn't that fond of himalayan salt blocks. But she loves this rock! I was very surprised but happy to find a salt block she will actually lick. They aren't very durable to the rain though, so be sure to keep this dry.

My horses love their Redmond Rock
I have been purchasing the Himalayan salt licks for my horses for a couple years, but even though they really like them, they don’t last very long. When I saw the Redmond Rock, I knew I had to try them with my horses. I worried that my one gelding would eat the whole thing in one night as he has done with previous products, but he only eats about the same amount as the other horses. I will continue to purchase these “Rocks” for my 4 horses.

Ace loved his "show lollipop"
I needed an electrolyte source for my horse's first Pony Club rally. This had a nice rope to tie to the front of the stall, so I didn't have to measure electrolytes in feed or leave a block in his feed bucket. As a bonus, Ace LOVED it. Between the stall fan and the Redmond Rock, I didn't think he'd want to come home (where he lives outside with a run-in).
He liked it so much, I might try bringing it to regular shows and tying it to my trailer.

My horse loves it!
I bought this once for my horse to try as I thought he would enjoy it. Now it's the only salt block he will use! He used up his old one and the barn replaced it with a generic salt block he wouldn't even touch. So ordered him a new one and he barely let me hang it up before he started licking it!

My horse gives this two hooves up!
The only complaint I have is that my horse can untie the rope so I found his Rock Salt Block all over the place. (But I think I've figured out a solution for that.) He definitely likes his Redmond Salt!

Yummy distraction

I have struggled to find a salt product my horses will use. The search is over. My new mare LOVES this salt block and I feel better knowing that she is getting the nutrients she needs. Definitely a win- win situation. No more wasted salt!

My horses love them!
I have been giving them the Redmond crushed salt for awhile but bought the rocks on a rope to hang in their corrals so they could get any salt/minerals when they want. Well they've been doing that! Their rocks are almost licked down to nothing. You'll want to do this for your horses. Some need more than others. Apparently giving it to them everyday wasn't enough. They know what they need. Lots of minerals, electrolytes in this naturally!

Redmond Rock salt block
My horses love this block more then their hymalyan salt block. They had it for about two weeks and it's almost gone. I'm definetly going to be purchasing more of the Redmond Rock salt blocks.

I've never bought rock salt for my horse before since my barn usually does loose minerals but I gave this a try since he kept sitting on his loose mineral holder and breaking it off the wall...so I gave this a try and he absolutely loves it! Definitely recommend!

Great Size
Bought this to hang in my yearling filly's stall. It's a great size and the rope is durable. She has been rough with it and it's holding up great. Seems to be licking it as well so it must be palatable. Nice product.
