love for my 6yr old welsh pony
I bought this for my pony whom gets itchy around nats and rubs out her tail, mane, and fur trying to itch and it works perfectly. I recomend also using steroids pnly because they really do help. i think this is also a reasonable price for how well this product works on my horse, but it works better with the help of other medication recomended by your vet.

Waste of time and money
I've been using this herbal supplement In combination with the lotion for about one month and I'm extremely disappointed! If anything, our pony's discomfort and itching has gotten worse. She has summer allergies and is extremely itchy although her coat is beautiful. Other than grazing, she spends a lot of her time scratching the hair off her face on trees and fence posts. She also uses her teeth to scratch her legs and belly. This is the first time I have ever asked Smartpak for a refund!

One of few products that works
Have always purchased from The Healing Barn and had wonderful results when nothing else would help my Haflinger with her sweet itch problem. Bought from Smartpak as I was ordering other things from them at the same time.
Bye Bye Itch is a fantastic product that is naturally good for your horse. It is the only thing that got her "revved-up" immune system calmed down.
With sweet itch it is also important to help the Bye Bye itch work by using a fly sheet, keeping your horse up at night and away from ponds, streams, heavily wooded areas, where midges, gnats love to feast.
This product along with the Bye Bye Itch lotion is a one of the best, if not the best, that works. No worries of laminitis like with sterioids.
I feed it wet and mixed with a handful of Nutrena Empower Balance. She does not like it dry.

Sweet itch solution!
My BLM mustang mare suffers from terrible sweet itch. For the past few years, I've tried everything to give her relief, even steroids which seemed to make the itching less intense, but she still rubbed her mane and tail and developed sores. This year I wanted to avoid the steroids if at all possible, so I started Bye Bye Itch about a month or so before bug season. Wow- it's amazing how well it's worked! My horse has a little hair loss on her face & chest, and rubbed a little of her mane months ago, but it's growing back & she hasn't rubbed or developed any sores since then. She looks amazing, too. So shiny and her mane & tail are very soft. She lives out 24/7 and is a bay, so she always bleaches out a bit but this summer she's kept her rich, dark coat and mane and tail. Only 4 stars because it is a bit expensive, but well worth it in my opinion.

It works!
I have a DWB that rubs himself raw! I have tried every product that I could find and have finally found something that combined with local raw honey gives him some relief. Currently he does not have any raw spots and most of his body is cover with hair.
