As riders and online shoppers, we know it can be tough to buy a new bridle or pair of boots without trying them on. That's why we moved the fitting room to your living room (or barn)! From breeches to blankets, if you or your horse can try it on, you can return it, free! Just use the pre-paid return label included in your order within 60 days from the purchase date. And of course, please make sure the item is in like-new condition with original packaging (we said 'fitting room', not 'war room'!).

Now you can clean the hay and hair out of your hook and loop attachments on blankets, boots, bandages, etc. The hook and loop closure is a must have for every tack room. The Cashel Brush is just the right size for cleaning the hook and loop closure without picking or pulling the material around it. Plastic handle with brass bristles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it- does not work very well Don't bother - save your money- the bristles are just not strong enough to remove horsehair or deeply imbedded bits of hay from velcro. Basically like a toothbrush with shiny bristles, and has the same effect. I think you'd do better to pick things out of the velcro with a safty pin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best get the hair out brush Although it does a great job, it is only for small jobs. I had a real hair problem with velcro on my boots and couldn't get them clean with this brush. Nothing could get them clean. The brush works great on smaller projects tho.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointed The idea for this brush is excellent, however all the bristles come out of the brush and then they get stuck in the velcro!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep your gear like new! Spring cleaning -- and that means cleaning out the horse hair that's embedded itself in the velcro of my horse's winter blankets. This tool definitely cleaned up the matted mess.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does a good job I purchased this brush to clean the velcro on my horse blankets. It does a pretty good job, but I've been disappointed by how many of the bristles have fallen out of the brush. I'm not pushing extra hard or agressively and quite a few have fallen out. Still plenty left to get the job done, but I would have bought a couple extras if I would have known. Still a good value for the price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good idea, poor product Sounds like a great product, and it does clear out the junk on velcro. But the brush is poorly made, and the brass (?) bristles fall out. I found strands of bristles on the pieces I was cleaning, on the towel I had under the items, on ME, and I could not be sure that I found them all. It probably needs stiffer bristles that will not fall out. I've found car detailing brushes that work better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Useful, but not sturdy This is a useful product- it takes some patience but it works well for me. My mare wears the same pair of support boots all the time for tendon support after an injury and they get hairy when I wash them with my saddle pads and such. This helps with the hair problem, but you have to go kind of slow and carefully to get results without killing the brush.Useful, but if its hair problems, a vacuum before washing makes a bigger dent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointing upon using the brush the very first time, the bristles came out in large clumps ... I was very excited at the idea of this product, but the brush is falling apart ... did we get a dud?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tool This tool works great on polo wraps, tendon boots, anything that has velcro. It is very annoying when the velcro no longer sticks because of fibers that get stuck in the velcro, and picking it out with your fingers no longer works. My problem is that I had to purchase several of these because it gets borrowed and not returned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor quality The first time I used this brush the bristles started falling out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A nice item in the cleaning kit I was not sure about this one. I've used wire brushes (slicker brushes for dogs or cats) for my velcro needs, as are found on SMB boots, DSB schooling boots, and so on. And I use a stiff brush on blankets and turnouts.I wasn't sure this would be worth it, but it actually is. It gets into those smaller nooks and crannies, and using it, I expect that my velcro/touch tape items to last longer and look cleaner. The pricing would be more appealing at around $3---it IS a SMALL item, about toothbrush size.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless!! I just bought this brush. I used it on a fly mask and it barely removed any hair, hay or lint. I then tried it on a set of shipping wraps. Again, it removed very little debris. By the third strip of velcro on the boots, the bristles on the brush started to break up and embed in the velcro. So not only didn't it remove the dirt, it actually added to the problem by inserting a bunch of little brass shards. This is a piece of junk.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fell apart The very first time I went to use the Cashel Velcro brush, an entire row of bristles fell out. I would have returned it; however, it was not worth my time and effort. I expected a higher quality from Cashel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Velcro Cleaner I've only used it a couple of times, but does it's job to get the hair out of the velcro.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally clean!!! Finally all my wraps, pads and bandages are really clean!!! Easy to use and great to keep in your tack box (or your laundry room.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, but Not "Magic" I hate dirty VELCRO straps on boots and blakets. I was hoping the Cashel VELCRO brush would be a magic dirt-and-hair remover. It works pretty well, but I will still be picking long strands of tail hairs out of my brushing boots if I want them perfect. It was worth the price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the Quality Expected from Cashel I purchased the Cashel Velcro Brush to make keeping the various velcro fasteners on my equipment clean. The size is good and the price moderate to high for similar products. However, the first time I tried to use it, some of the bristles fell out. It wasn't strong enough to clean the velcro. This will be a returned item for sure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beats the Fuzzies This brush takes hair and lint off velcro with a few strokes. It's the right size for polo-wrap velcros, and the shape of the handle makes it easy to use. It's harder to use on the "soft side" of the velcro tabs, but seems to work with a bit more elbow grease.
