Fit perfectly!
I have a sixteen hand qtr horse and the mediums were too big for him. Smartpak immediately exchanged them and the smalls fit perfectly.

Love them!
Love them so far! Bought these to put on my mare when she is turned out, because she keeps running into the fence and banging up her legs. Because this is SoCal, and we live in dust and dirt, I needed something that I could easily shake out or rinse off the dust. Also wanted the support these provide, as she is a 4 yo OTTB that was rescued from a rescue, and I want to make sure she won't injure herself while she is being brought back into condition and re-started. These are definitely the perfect boot for the job. They are very well-made, and I believe they will last a long time.

Love the new boots!
These boots replaced a very sad looking pair of fleece lined boots and are just great. The 4 velcro straps ensure that you can fit the boots exactly as you want them. The sizing is generous so I could probably have gone with small instead of medium, but overall I am very happy.

Hope they last a long time
Bought these as my gelding has a right hind suspensory injury. That right hind boot has been fitting fine but it's taken a while to figure how how to put the left hind boot on so that it can't wrinkle/ride up under the suspensory strap. The sizing seems to be correct based on my fetlock and cannon measurements and what professionals choice said should fit. They were a great value because I got them at a discount of about 50%! No idea if they're preventing further damage to the suspensory but they should help.

Nice boots
Finally had to replace a similar pair of Professional’s Choice boots that I’d had for 20+ years. Not in use continuously for all those years, but impressive nonetheless. These seem very supportive and the size small fits my 14.3 hand horse’s front legs perfectly.

Great support boot
I have a draft cross whose hooves could be a bit bigger to support his body. I bought 4 SMBs to support his tendons after noticing some tendon selling in one front leg this summer. I started using SMBs 20 years ago, and I am very happy with the performance and function of the updated SMBS. I fox hunt him in these boots, as well as hack out through challenging terrain and use them for ring work. The boots hold up to mud, water crossings and the usual bush-wacking. Highly recommend this product.

Great quality
I haven't ridden since winter arrived ( I'm mostly a trail rider). But the quality of this product far exceeds my current boots. I wish I had these when I was competing. The Velcro straps are extremely strong/sticky. I wish they came in different colors, hint, hint. ...

Just ordered my second pair!
I just ordered my second pair of these. My first pair has lasted 5 years and I still use them. They are super easy to put on, just need to make sure the lower strap is not placed low in the front and you are all set. I only use these for schooling and such, they are not left on for more than an hour or so at a time. Good price for the value, not all trainers are fond of them so I have another pair with the removable inserts for washing. They help a lot as my horse has a habit of clipping his front ankle when doing a ton of flat/lateral work and such.

Not so easy to put on my horse for me at first
My trainer recommended these boots for my horse, but I felt that they restraint his motion. Also, I had a difficult time putting them on his legs at first. However, they are easier to remove than polo wraps. I decided to keep them, since my trainer likes to use them, when she rides my horse while performing more advanced movements. My horse has chronic suspensory ligament disease, and I am hoping that when my trainer does third level movements, these boots will prevent further deterioration.

Sports boots - doing their job
Bought these to protect my gelding's legs where he bangs the front of his fetlocks against the lower edge of his raised stall door and makes rubs and wounds. They stay in place well, which is amazing since he tries his best to pull them off with his mouth.

Too small.
I bought these because they were the only sports medicine boots I could find that seemed large enough for my Percheron colt. Even though they were tall enough, they were not large enough around to fit him. They were nearly big enough, but once he moved in them the gaps opened up in between the velcro. Not sure if this is a feature of the boot fit or just was because they were a tad snug. They also don't seem as supportive to me as the Legacy boots that I normally use for my other horses.

Most people know these boots and this is the first pair I have bought. Well made but run on the small side. A bit of a problem with sand and arena material getting in the top of hind boots.

Lets sand and Dirt in
This boot is a very well made long lasting boot. I am a barrel racer so I need a lot of support for my horse. These boots let sand and dirt in them and my horse does not like them. I was a little disappointed. If I was going to go with this brand again I would get the SMB III not the SMB II. for the money go with iconoclast boots. they offer so much more protection!

I love these boots!
I bought these boots for my 6yr/old AQHA barrel horse when we were training. She kicks herself when turning the barrels. These boots hold up great and they actually do as advertised. These boots have saved me many trips to the vet for leg checks. I am already planning on buying another pair for my rope horse.

I had my old pair of SMB's for several years, and just now needed a new pair! These boots really stand up to abuse and do a great job of protecting my horse from injuries. I just wish there were more color options so they could match the rest of my tack.

Very supportive, and durable
I bought these for my QHx to add some support because of unexplained stiffness that baffles my vet and farrier in one of his front legs. With one ride I could see a difference in his movement, and he seemed much more comfortable. 4+ months later, his stiffness is gone and we have the okay from the vet! I will definitely be purchasing these again! Also, it helps to put on the first two straps, then re-tighten them, and then tighten the bottom two.

Best boots ever
We use these as paddock boots to protect our Thoroughbred's legs. These boots cover his legs very well and prevent any debris getting in between the boots and his legs. They also keep his legs warm and clean. We have had these boots for 8 months and they are still in perfect condition and they are used daily.

Very helpful
Used them on a 31 year old who had collateral ligament issues that were compounded by bone on bone pastern joints. They provided tremendous support and comfort for my man. The vet and farrier approved of their use and I saw some added days, weeks.
