Mega-Cell™ (Pellet) is a well-balanced multi-vitamin and mineral supplement formulated to coincide with current NRC (National Research Council) recommended daily requirements, to accommodate feeding programs consisting of grass-type hays (timothy, coastal, Bermuda, native grass)/grain-based diets. The addition of live, stabilized direct fed microbials, live cell yeast culture, and amino acid content, sourced from alfalfa meal, rice bran, and soybean meal makes Mega-Cell™ an excellent choice to support growth, stamina, conditioning, and maximum performance for all disciplines.

Amazing

okay for the money but there are better products
ive used this product for about 2 months and bought it because i wanted a vitamin/mineral supplement for my mare because i switched to a forage-based diet. it worked somewhat for what i needed (i don’t know for sure considering it’s just a vitamin/mineral supplement) but after further research i noticed that it has 3 inflammatory ingredients listed in the top 5 ingredients (corn, soy, and wheat) and immediately cancelled my autoship smartpaks.
it’s a very affordable option and for that i do recommend it. it’s not a bad supplement by any means but i’ve a better, higher quality supplement without the inflammatory ingredients

This was the only EMS/IR friendly product that I could find, AND it’s super affordable :) I do have to soak it with feedings, neither of my horses will eat it as a top dressing.

Helps keep my horse healthy!
I purchased this product about 2 months ago to help my horse out with his overall health. He had started to lose weight, even though he was in little to no work while on stall rest. Not wanting to increase his concentrates, I opted to look for a supplement to help him out - and Mega-Cell was it! The nutrients he gets from his dose of Mega-Cell helped him to stop dropping weight without having to increase the amount of grain he was getting. His overall health seems better too - he's brighter, the quality of his hooves seems better, and he looks forward to his meals! Plus, I think it smells really good too! Overall, I am thrilled with the results I have seen with this product so far.

Will order again
Got to supplement a horse and a mule that live on air and don’t get enough grain to meet vitamin needs. Winter coats are coming in and horse is still dappled and stunning. Both gobble it up without a second thought.

a good daily supplement for extra magnesium!
Ive used this product to balance my horses diet and give my boys some extra magnesium. It has a somewhat calming effect on both of them.

You only get half the supply!!
The bags Guaranteed Analysis is Per 2oz, smartpaks maintence dose is only 1oz!
Better to buy in bulk since 400 day supply is really only 200 if you feed 2oz :(

We Love Mega-Cell!
Mega-cell has been a life saver for my horse, who cannot have any grain. She looks and feel great! I can sleep at night knowing she gets all the nutrients she needs. You can't beat the price either!
