    At SmartPak we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on SmartPak's secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

    Why did a window just pop up indicating that I was going to an insecure page?

    We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt any of your personal information. Any page on our site that contains your personal information is secure. By their nature, secure pages take longer to load and are slower to navigate through so we only encrypt the pages that contain your personal information.
