works great
my horse usually breaks out into unsightly hives because of the bugs but this year her skin and fur look great and almost completely blemish free

Seems To Be Working
I've had my horse on this for about a month now. It seems to me that there are less face flies bothering him and he doesn't seem as bothered as the rest of the horses in his paddock. Overall thou, I think this stuff is working & he likes it! He'll eat it all by itself, regardless if it's in his grain or not.

Easiest bug repellant to administer
I added this product to my senior Mare's SmartPak as she is quite sedentary and no longer has the luxury of outrunning the pests. It does not eliminate every determined bug, but I see a noticeable decrease in the pests around her and my other two horses not using the product. I simply add these pellets to her other pelleted feed and she gobbles them up. She was not enthusiastic about eating them alone. But as a topping, no problem. The garlic may also help her autoimmune system. Bonus!

Bugs Bugs Bugs
My appy/warmblood has been on SmartBugOff for 6 weeks. My boy has terrible bug allergies and so I am always looking for things to help keep the bugs off. I do think there are fewer flys on him, but he has gotten several large welts, similar to other horses on the property. I'll keep him on it for the summer. Beware this stuff is really smelly, I was surprised that he would actually eat it but he slurps it down!

Jury is still out
I am still in the process of evaluating Smart Bug-Off. So far I am seeing just as many flies on the horses' faces that are being fed Smart Bug-Off as the horses that are not. I will keep using it through the summer before I make a final judgement as I am hoping the longer I use it, the better it will work.
