Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like the liquid without all the hassle! Happy I swapped to pellets. There’s a chance it may not work quite as well, but I think her slightly downgrade in energy is more to do with us entering the heat of summer. This is so much easier than the liquid daily!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This stuff works. Our 12 yo gelding was anemic (no real reason why ... it remains a mystery even after $$$$ in labs and exams) one month ago and our vet recommended Red Cell. Within 2 weeks his red blood cell count was well within normal. Vet was thrilled he bounced back so fast. We will keep him on this for life!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like it I've had my gelding on this supplement for about three months now. So far I like the product but there is only a slight difference. I am sure I will see better results the longer I use it. But I am so far pleased with this product!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from B12 shots are cheaper. I had my rescue mare on this for 3 months and the only time I saw improvement is when I started using the injectable Iron. I fed this via vet instrustion and after the 3 months my vet suggested the injectable form. I hate that it didnt help us.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not picky-eater approved! This was recommended for my horse by my vet. As I understand it, Red Cell has been around and used successfully for years. HOWEVER, my picky eater refused to touch his feed when just one scoop/serving of Red Cell was added to it! He smelled his feed...pushed it around, and walked to the back of his stall. I tried again the next day. Tried to sneak in just 1/2 a serving. Nope. My guy wanted nothing to do with it. It must have a detectable iron odor -- that my horse found really offensive/unappetizing. I wound up returning the Red Cell. First time ever returning a supplement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saw a huge difference! My new rescue OTTB was skin amd bones and absolutely depressed. I started her on this as she was weak and had no intrested in eating anything. I gave her a shot of B12 to jump start her. Shes been on this for 2 months now and has kept her appetite without more B12! She is not as fat as she needs to be but she sure feels and acts like a healthy horse now.
