Rated 5 out of 5 by from He likes it AND It works I purchased this product 5 weeks ago in effort to assist my senior rescue horse. He is in a slow recovery process for a severe fungal infection in his sinus cavity. While the fugus appears to be arrested, a residual issue has been a thickening of the sinus and nasal tissues. The Breathe Right does seem to be helping as he is definitely breathing easier and much quieter. The vet is VERY impressed with his recovery and I am, of course, thrilled. I also MUST note that my horse likes it He is an extremely picky eater ( refuses treats and carrots) and he eats this supplement willingly. Highly recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No Change after 1 bag I bought this based on the reviews I read. My gelding has a bad case of heaves that he started loosing weight. I started him on this supplement when he was diagnosed with heaves and I saw no change after using a bag and little bit of a 2nd bag. I still have to give him the same dose of Dex, I soaked his hay with turn out all day and night. I’m going to finish the second bag and go to something else.
