Rated 1 out of 5 by SD from Does not work for my horse!! I have had my horse on U Gaurd for the last 3 years and she keeps getting ulcers. She gets it twice a day with her am and pm feed and has not missed a day of having it.

I feed this supplement twice a day to help buffer excess stomach acid and help protect my horses' stomachs. My horses seem much more comfortable and relaxed. Their coats and body conditions have also improved. Best of all, U-Gard® Pellets are pretty affordable and showed positive results in a field research trial!

He will eat everything else, but leave a small pile of U Gard pellets at the bottom of his feeder. It's very frustrating because he used to gobble them up. No win going to have to change him to something else. I at first thought it might have been just one batch of the vitamins, but no, it's been I think 3 months now, so it's time to switch.

My 21 yr old mare acts happy again, and isn’t so touchy. My 15 yr old mare is not salivating like a Saint Bernard anymore, and my 13 yr old mare was diagnosed with ulcers, and is now back to her sweet self. She is growing a beautiful coat again, and has her focus back. All 3 of them seem happy all the time, not the grumpy, don’t bother me, I was getting from them every now and then. What makes it even better, they will eat it right out of my hand !!!!!
