Seems to help
One month down. My vet says it takes three months to be certain to see all effects. But I am cautiously optimistic. I got the human version for myself and I believe my joints feel better, so hopefully my mare's do too.

This powder is a miracle
My eventer had been on and off lame for months. A judge had me pull him out of the ring once. I was scared he'd even have to stop jumping when the vet gave us bad news. My trainers were worried and I was heartbroken. My farrier then recommended this and I ordered it a few days later.
I was sceptical. How could some powder fix my nearly arthritic horse? Suuuuuure. Holy. Freaking. Its miracle max up in this joint. He was picking up both canter leads, extending beautifully, and jumping like the good boy he is. I regularly free lunge him so I can watch him and his interference has nearly gone away completely, even though before, he needed a sausage boot on his ankle. This boi is going in a dressage show in a month and I'm taking him in his first real trial in November! Cosequin saved my horse and I couldn't be happier.

Deceptive labeling
I am still waiting to see what effect this has on my horse, but I didn't realize until after purchase that the label information is deceptive and contradictory. The front of the package claims that it contains a "60 day supply" at the "long-term administration level of 1 scoop a day." Great, okay. BUT then the "product facts" on the back of the label should tell you what's in that same "long-term administration level of 1 scoop a day," right? Well, they don't. The claimed levels, which contributed to my decision to buy this product, are per 34 grams, or "2 level scoops." So whereas I thought I was getting 60 days' worth of 14,400 mg Glucosamine a day, I was actually getting half that.
It's unfair and deceptive to refer to two separate dosages on the label so you can pretend to be giving higher levels of a supplement while also pretending to be a 60-day supply.
