Strange fit
I bought three fly masks with ears for my Connemara ponies to find my new favorite. I specifically purchased this mask for its UV ratings to protect the pink skin around my blue eyed pony’s eyes. I ordered the cob size, which fits the face and jaw well. But the ears are sewn MUCH too close together. There is not enough fabric on top of the head between the ears. The ear covers actually pull the pony’s ears together. This causes him to rub his ear and pull the mask off. It is the shortest mask in the face, too. i think, however, a horse size would be too large in the other measurements.

Our horse loves to roll in mud. The mask remains on and rinses off easily. Our horse cooperates when we put the mask on him.

good fly mask
i bought this mask in 2 colors for my gelding. it runs true to size, it’s very durable and washes easily. the only complaint is, it pinched his ears together since there doesn’t seem to be much room between the ear pieces so i bought a different kind for him. but i don’t think that would be a problem for every horse, just didn't work too well for my guy. overall it’s a nice mask!

Great product!
I love this fly mask! However I had to return it as SmartPak doesn’t offer the draft size. So I had to order directly through Kensington for the draft size fly mask and had to let go of the covered ears. I still wanted to go through Kensington as of the quality and the fleece edging for my mare who is prone to rubs on the smallest things.

Adorable!
I love this! I was a little concerned at first because I had heard about another horse in my barn getting rubs from a fly mask of a similar material (I guess because it's plastic?) but I've had no such issues. I will say that it's a little short on my mare, but she also has an abnormally long head :)

Love this!
I bought this for my horse with his name on it and it came out so great! It doesn't rub at all and my horse actually keeps it on most of the time. My horse is a large warmblood, so I bought the oversize and it seems to run a bit large, but still works. Super cute colors too!

My horse has a large head that's in between your normal "horse" and "draft" sizes when it comes to the top of his head. The large fits him great leaving plenty of room so that the fly mask does not fit tight around his eyes.

Nice fly mask
I do not like this one as much as the one they used to carry called the Bug Off where the eyes had more space. However it fits nice- if a fly is super persistent they can crawl in around the nose- if you make it snug the fleece makes the horse sweat in hot weather. All around though it is a good mask and you cant beat that it has a lifetime warranty.

Fantastic Fly Mask!
I bought this fly mask in size large for my Paint gelding. I chose the black ice color, and I had it embroidered with my horse's name and my name in case it gets lost in the pasture. I love the fabric on the ears--it is very soft and flexible. The whole mask looks great, fits perfect (covers about half of his face), and I would definitely buy it again!

This mask is not as high quality as the Cashel brand. I bought it about a month ago and it already has a couple of holes in it. Not to mention that it's rather short on her face.

Sturdy and fits well
I have used Cashel fly masks for many years but decided to try the Kensington mask on the recommendation of a friend. Sometimes the Cashel masks lose their shape a bit after a few years and droop into my horse's eyes, which he hates. So far the Kensington mask is working very well. The large fits really well, even though my horse tends to fall between horse and cob size, and the shaping keeps it from sagging into his eyes. I really like the mesh of the ears too, soft and light weight. I wish it had a cutout for the forelock, like the Cashel masks, but otherwise I am very happy with the Kensington!

Awesome fly mask
My mare started scratching her face from the bugs so I had to buy her a fly mask. It was my first time buying one and I'm very pleased with this one! It fits great (snug but not tight and the band lies exactly where it should on her face). It's been very helpful for when she is in the pasture, she LOVES being outside but now she's a lot less bothered by bugs. She also tends to disable her blankets (more like rip them to shreds and hide them in the pasture) so I was worried with another piece of "clothing" but it doesn't bother her at all she never has tried to take it off.

Durable and great fit
I bought this in patriot plaid for my gelding who tends to get his fly gear broken by his neighbors, and so far it has held up extremely well! He has only gotten it off once and even then it was in perfect shape. It also seems very comfortable with soft fleece lining, and the material for the ears is softer than the rest of the mask so he can move his ears freely. He is 16.2 with a small head for his size and the horse size is great on him. I highly recommend it, especially for horses who are tough on their fly masks! So worth the price.

I bought the horse size and it was still a little big even for my 16h thoroughbred. I wish maybe the Velcro was a little longer so I could tighten it more but overall great product that I would buy again. I really like the durable fuzz around the edges so my horsey doesn't get sores on his face.

Got this several weeks ago, and horse has fortunately accepted it. It sort of repels some of the dirt better than some fly masks, and is a nice study material. Good colors, and we had them monogrammed (one for my horse and one for daughter's pony). They both look nice and clean up easily,

Have been buying Kensington for years. It's by far the more most secure fly mask with durable velcro. Very light weight. My horses love them. I get two years out of a mask and I am in AZ where we have Flys most of the year.
