HANDLE FLAW - HOLLOW
I bought this ball about 3 weeks ago for a 40 lb dog; sled dog mix. We play together. She had the ball by herself for 2-3 minutes, and managed to chew through the HOLLOW HANDLE. This should be solid; it is a choking hazard.
GREAT PRODUCT but SIGNIFICANT FLAW; it can be a choking hazard. The handle SHOULD BE SOLID. Please consider doing this.

English Cocker 1 , Tug n Toss Ball 0
I have gotten several Jolly Pet balls for my 8 month old English Cocker... Teaser ball lasted maybe 10 days... before he tore the hard outer plastic away from the inside ball.. I had to throw it away. Got him a Tug n Toss ball... and that lasted maybe 10 mins.. he chewed the handle off in minuets. Haven't found anything he can not destroy.

Not recommended for strong biters
I bought this for our gsd and she bit down on it to carry it back and it re inflated in her mouth and was stuck!! We could not get it removed from her jaw as she was screaming and freaking out! ( it basically opened her jaw wider than it can go)This was horrible to see. We finally got it pushed down enough to remove it but I will never let her play with it again

Not durable
My 4 year old lab loved playing with it, but the handle didn't even last a day, and he is not an aggressive chewer and tends to take care or his toys. Either needs to be discontinued or engineered to have a durable handle, even a rope would work better, then the current plastic.

Handle chewed off immediately
Great toy over all but my dog chewed off the handle in the first 10 minutes. The rest of the ball held up a bit longer but the handle was destroyed immediately.

Great balls and handle
These are the best. Even though too big for our Springer, she loves them. They really last ( ok, the tractor snowblower is hard on them) and so fun. Love the handle for throwing (us) and carrying (her). And it makes it unpredictable.

Great as a ball but the handle needs some work
Dog loves it but it became a ball real quick. The handle was chewed off and worthless with in a week. Which was worrisome since we know she swallowed a lot of it when we saw it in her poo.

Waste of money
My dog had this for less than five minutes and chewed the handle right off. I purchased this because of other trainers online raving about these toys and how strong they are. After purchasing, I read reviews of long time customers that claim the quality of this toy has gone down significantly. Definitely regret this purchase.

Shelter pups love these

Dog loved it, but handle shredded in 20 minutes!

She was very sad when I had to take it from her and pick up the millions of little bits of the handle… Would recommend a stronger material don’t get if dog is a nefarious chewer.

Boredom breaker!
The Horseman's Pride Jolly Ball really helps keep my young Thoroughbred entertained! I purchased the peppermint flavor for him to use mainly as a stall toy. I hang the Jolly Ball inside his stall and he loves to use his nose to push it around. Best of all, these balls are super durable and do not require air to inflate! I also purchased a second ball to leave in the pasture for him to play with. My dogs enjoy carrying these balls around by their handle, too, and they are made in the USA.

Chewed up in 5 minutes. Had to stop our dog from eating the ball. Very disappointed
Chewed up ball in 5 minutes . First chewed off the handle part and then started in on the ball. It was a waste of money. We had to throw the ball out. Maybe a ball without the handle is better but we are very disappointed because we read these balls are for heavy chewers.

Pass on this, they do not hold up anymore.
Not what they used to be, lasts about 15 minutes when they used to last 6-7 months. Don’t buy and this is coming from someone who has owned 5-6 of them and loved them, the quality now is crap.

Complete waste of money, very soft rubber and chewed through in 5 minutes
We were so excited to get this toy for our dog, and were so dissapointed to have to take it away from her less than 5 minutes later, as she had already chewed through the handle. This is especially frustrating given JollyPets' claims of durability. Note, our dog is a small poodle mix and has other toys that have lasted much, much longer.
The rubber they have used is incredibly soft, I could chew through this thing with my own teeth. What an absolute waste of materials and money! Looking at some past reviews, it seems like the quality has gone downhill lately.
JollyPets, can I please have my money back? What a waste...

Wish it was a squirrel
Wish they had the "squirrel" ball they used to have, but since this is a newer version, dog isn't totally thrilled. Will probably take a while for him to get used to it. The one we had is probably 20yrs old.
