The Rambo® Deluxe Fleece combines a classic look with excellent thermal and moisture-wicking properties to give you a fleece that is anything but basic. Made from high-quality fleece that’s anti-pilling and double bonded for durability, it effectively wicks away moisture while allowing your horse to cool gradually and comfortably. It even has double front closures, cross-belly surcingles, and a tail cord to keep it securely in place and can be used as a cozy layer as well as for cooling off after a ride, drying off after a bath, or trailering. High Quality Fleece
This is beautifully made with gorgeous fleece. It fits well and looks gorgeous on my black Friesian Sport Horse. I love that it is lined and has structure to it. A bit pricey but very much worth the cost.

Wonderful
This is a wonderful fleece cooler/stable blanket! My hot sweaty horses cool quickly with this cooler on and it effectively wicks the sweat away. When I take it off, the horse is dry and the outside of the cooler has beaded moisture. I hang it to dry in the barn and it dries very quickly (when the air is low humidity). I have one for each horse and use them routinely as a stable blanket too. Being fleece, the material picks up bedding after the horse lays down but I take a whisk broom and sweep it off before storing the blanket. This is one of my favorite items!

I absolutely love this fleece! The excellent quality that comes standard with a Horseware Rambo product definitely extends to the deluxe fleece. This is a must-have for every tack trunk and so versatile. Use it for a base layer, a cooler, travel or even for yourself to stay warm while waiting around the barn or showgrounds! Worth the money for the quality...it'll last forever.

Nice cooler!
This is a great cooler! It is made from a heavier, thicker fleece than most coolers and is well stitched. The tail strap and belly straps make it safe enough to leave on unattended or as a lighter blanket under a rain sheet.

Amazing quality!
Even with all the other positive reviews, I was still surprised at the quality, good looks and fit of this fleece. It's going to keep a 26 y.o. TB cozy in his stable on cold nights and double as a cooler for his younger "brother" by day. Rambo quality is hard to beat and represents excellent value for dollar.

My favorite fleece blankets/coolers
We already have two of the striped versions of these excellent, heavy fleece coolers. When it came time to consider what to use as an under-blanket, this product was at the top of the list. Our horses are outside a lot more where they are now living and I do not prefer to use "heavy-weight" turnouts due to the increased difficulty washing them; rather, I like to layer under their mid-weight turnouts. In the past, I've used less expensive products, but they do not have the fit or quality that these Rambo fleeces have. These are heavy, warm, fit my horses well and will last a lot longer for the intended purpose.

Best Cooler Ever
I just got this cooler for Christmas, so I can't speak about its durability, but I absolutely love this blanket! I use it before and after workouts and it is absolutely stunning! I got mine monogrammed, which came out beautifully! The double bonded fleece is super soft and warm. It is so luxurious! It is the best cooler I have ever had.

High Quality
This is the second one of these coolers that I have purchased. One for the pony and now one for the warmblood. The quality and density of the fabric is readily apparent. The fit contours to the horse's body well for a perfect fit. Best of all, the cooler is machine washable. I have had wool coolers in the past, which I love, but getting them cleaned has always been a challenge. These Rambo fleece coolers have the same heft as wool, but are much easier to maintain. Highly recommended!

I saw this in the Smartpak retail store and it was obviously much higher quality material than the thinner, cheaper fleeces. It looks and feels luxurious. Definitely one of those "you get what you pay for" items. I splurged getting this, figuring I would pay more for better quality, imagining I would get a lot of use out of it since a good fleece is versatile as a cooler, a light stable sheet, and an underlayer. The only problem is, I am so enamored with this particular garment I don't want it to get ruined! So thus far I have only used it as a cooler after workouts, instead of overnight. I may now have to buy a cheapie fleece to use as an underlayer. It's just very beautiful, the blue color has a lovely tan plaid interior. And it looks so sharp on my chestnut. This would make a LOVELY gift.

Lovly fabric and well made
Our fleece blanket arrived just in time for the extraordinarily cold weather snap of -20 tonight. As it does not have the leg surcingles, but is used under blankets that do have them, it gives our horses a comfortable extra snugly warmth without the chaffing between their hind legs.

The fleece on these coolers is so deliciously rich, it's thicker than other fleece coolers by far and sooooo soft. I have had mine for probably about two years and haven't been kind to it, but it's held up really well. I used to only use it as a cooler after workouts and for walking my horse down to the indoor in the winter so he doesn't get cold, but last winter I used it as a liner under his blanket a couple handfuls of times on really super cold nights. It didn't move at all and it still looks great after coming out of the wash (washing machine, gentle/cold, laid it flat to dry). Only difference to it was that the fleece stretched a tiny bit at the chest closure from being misused as a liner. Can't complain about that though since it's not really made to be used that way. Can't recommend this enough, it's my favorite cooler.

Best Fleece Cooler!
I have an older Welsh Cob Mare who even when clipped and blanketed sweats a lot during winter workouts. This beautiful, super thick fleece cooler is a life-send, and like all Rambo products, worth the extra cost as the quality is amazing.

Wonderful fleece
This blanket wicks water better than any of my other coolers. My horse's coat was dry, the blanket absorbed all the moisture, after his bath. And, the fleece is so soft, I wanted to wear it myself. The material quality is excellent. Everyone in the barn loves the softness and how well it absorbs moisture (we get a lot of rain in the NW), so I think you will be getting more orders!

Really cozy
I love this blanket. It is as warm as a blanket can be. So warm in fact, I really have no legit reason to use now that I moved to Southern California. I've used it to quickly warm a cold horse or as an under layer for a really cold night in the stall. Shavings do stick to it, though so you need a sheet over it or plan to brush it off next day. If you have a sheet and want a super warm under layer, this will work; it it is SUPER warm. If you have a cold horse, this will help for sure. For me, it's just a great emergency warmer to have.

Great quality cooler
I just recieved this cooler in the mail and I love it!!! I ordered it in navy and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the inside was a nice tan and navy plaid design! I also got a monogram on the front left and it looks super. It's such a thick cooler and the fleece is awesome. It's so soft and thick, I honestly didn't even want to put it on my horse because I wanted to take it home for myself! If your horse is really wet though I would stick an anti sweat rug on underneath, but it is going to be amazing for the cold winters after a ride or a bath! Love it so far.
