Improvement after one week!
I'm glad I took before and after pictures! My horse has a minor suspensory injury and after the initial swelling went down, I didn't notice much change. One week after starting this supplement, the residual puffiness has gone down and he is such a happier horse. He seems much more comfortable and seems to be healing so well. The top pictures are from today, and the bottom pictures are from before starting the smartflex rehab pellets.

A miracle!!!!!!
At first I was skeptical and I always want the best for my mare owned her since a baby she is 7 now and recently got a tendon injury in March 2022 had her on stall rest cold hosing everything the vet told me to do but she was still struggling. Started her on the rehab tendon 11/10/22 and she was just cleared to start light exercise!!!!!!!! As of 2/4/23 this supplement is amazing !!! Beyond pleased and impressed!!! Would highly recommend !! And will continue smart pak for her not only because it’s pocket friendly but it worked!!!!

Smartflex rehab pellets
Seems to be helping! My horse has been rehabbing from an injury, I started the Rehab pellets and she started showing improvement and better movement within 6 weeks!

My horse would not eat this!
Purchased to help with a proximal suspensory tear. I was really looking foward to seeing if this would help but my mare WILL NOT eat this. She is not a picky eater either. I have put it in beet pulp, applesauce, sweet feed senior, and added molasses. She takes one sniff of the feed and will not touch anything this supplement has been mixed in. It also doesn't matter the amount. I have tried 1/4 of a scoop and she still refuses to eat it. Sadly disappointed. :(

Seems to help my gelding!
My horse bowed a tendon in one of his back legs in 2021 and then after healing (without the use of these pellets) that took almost a year to come back from, he re-injured it again in May of 2022. Along with stall rest, liniments (to keep him comfortable), and standing wraps for support, I decided to try SmartFlex Rehab to hopefully give him a boost on the inside. My hope was that if I gave his body the ingredients it needed to heal we wouldn't have to go through another /year/ of rehabilitation. I'm SUPER happy to say that after a full month and a half of him being on this, he's already showing signs of healing. He's not 100% of course, still on lots of stall rest, but I can tell he's much more comfortable. We're already moving on to about twenty minutes of in-hand grazing and short trips around the pasture at the walk. I'm definitely planning on keeping him on this supplement for at least 2-3 more months before I reevaluate! Love this stuff (just wish it was a little more affordable!).

First Month Using SmartFlex Rehab
I can tell my 22 year old Oldenburg is feeling more comfortable and less stiff since starting this product. I have already ordered another 30 days worth to see if he keeps improving. He is coming back from a suspensory injury and I am slowing riding him to get back in shape. He is doing really well and I do think this product has helped.

My horse tore a suspensory ligament in his hind leg just about a year ago. The vet classified it as a moderate tear and he was quite lame at the trot. After reading plenty of disappointing rehab stories, I did not have high hopes for a full recovery. We followed the vet's recommendations for time off, did one round of shock wave therapy, and had him on the rehab pellets for about 6 months. I was able to use him in the mountains without any issues after about 8 months of recovery. I am confident the rehab pellets helped! We are now 12 months post injury with no soundness issues. I have switched him to the smart tendon pellets and will continue those for maintenance purposes.

So—my horse is sound again.
My horse has been battling with lameness since July. He’s been x rayed and ultrasounded… He was a little more comfortable after injections. His findings werent anything drastic though. Just some arthritis in his neck. But his pain was palpable.
I tried him on equioxx… he was a little more comfortable. I assumed his issue was mostly soft tissue related. I put him in a small flat paddock alone… and then bit the bullet and started him on this.
My theory was “well, if it doesn’t work—it doesn’t work” ….today I thought I’d face the music and ask him to trot off in his paddock….. and my horse was sound. He even whirled his head around in an excitable manner before he trotted off….
I don’t know if it’s sheer coincidence… or this stuff really works. Fingers crossed that this is exactly what my boy needed.

Horse won't eat pellets
I bought both the smart tendon and smartflex Rehab and he won't touch his grain. He doesn't like the taste. Product reviews said that they were tast tested. Well. He wouldn't eat it.
