Works as intended
This was a nice addition to my first smartpak order. It was included so I did not purchase it separately. It stores a months supply of my horses smartpaks, I feed twice a day, three wells each. If I were looking to purchase something to store my Smartpaks in, I would probably not purchase this item and just go with the Rubbermaid drawers you can find at any big box store instead. That's essentially all this is, but I'm grateful they included as a freebie. Thanks!

Love the easy slide out container it comes with.
I just purchased the smartpak for my horse Brydon. I can slowly see the difference in his step. He is 18 year old Thoroughbred hunter jumper. Hopefully, in the next few months I will see much more improvement.

Not durable.
I have received two of these in the mail and each time the clear plastic portion of the drawer is completely broken. Maybe my mail person is just throwing them around or something, but regardless, they are not very sturdy. It is a nice storage drawer if you can get it in the mail in one piece. A girl at my barn has one and it works nicely.
Also, customer service has been good, but I'm not going to keep ordering these if they just keep getting broken in shipping - too much waste.
