Keeping your cool
This really does work...I tested it under battleground conditions: 93 degrees in a Sunday afternoon in crowds of people in the Magic Kingdom, Disneyworld. Suffice to say, I was so cool. P.S. This arrived quickly, well worth the price. Nearly oackaged, easy to use

Its pretty sweet. But 2x the price than going direct
Sure its 2x the price as on the mission website but they usually offer same day delivery so I figure its worth the little bit of extra cash.Works great, when wet, stays wet and keeps you cool in a comfortable wayfor a few hours unlike soaking a bandana, hat or shirt and sticking it on your head. Pretty good little purchase.

LIFE SAVER. I got a last minute spot to hike Havasu Falls in Arizona and had never experienced Arizona heat, so this thing absolutely saved me. It made the hike out of the canyon and sleeping at night way less miserable - kept me cool for several hours. I would recommend bringing a ziplock bag with some water in it so you can re-saturate and reuse if you won't be near a water source.

Best thing for riding in hot weather or any weather.
Better than a balaclava for the motorcycle. With a thing beanie this provides far more comfort than any balaclava. You can wear it out and about to, the color looks great and it keeps your neck cool.The only thing I wish they'd change is to make a flap on one end you could easily tuck down in front as all you can do it let it bunch up. Other than that, it's flawless. I got two and will get several more so that on long rides I can swap them out if they get gritty and I can't wash them right away. Put one in a ziplock slightly soaked in water and pull it out, shake it and put it one and hot days are bearable.This keeps your jacket and short from getting neck grit on them so that benefit is a huge plus.Get one, get two or more, you'll wonder why you still use a balaclava.

it was like I was driving with my personal AC
I live in Vietnam so the temperature can get to 36C. I drive my scooter everyday, so it gets very hot. Once I start using this product, it was like I was driving with my personal AC. The heat was gone, I could arrive to my destination free of sweat and feeling pleasant. A plus point, is that because you are kept cool in the heat, you can focus more and actually enjoy what ever you are doing! Highly recommend.

Desert must have ...
After a 4 day, late June rim to rim hike in the Grand Canyon, I can undoubtedly say this was the best item I had with me. I had never been in desert conditions before, so I was taking every precaution that I could to prevent heat-related illnesses. Without this Mission scarf, I am not sure that my hike would have resulted in success. Temperatures reached 135, and it was definitely a feat of endurance to "keep your cool". This Mission scarf caught my sweat before it had a chance to evaporate, so I would snap it while I was hiking for quick refrigerant effects. When I was at a water source, and I used the scarf after immersion, it was like entering a world of relief. Often times I'd pass people on the trail with cotton towels pinned under caps, and it looked inconvenient in comparison to the cool wrap of my Mission scarf. I would recommend this product a million times over.

Works great
When I first opened the package, I thought it was way too long (20 inches). However, after using it, I don't think so anymore. It allows for multiple ways to wear it, and allows it to hold the cooler temp longer. For example, when you wet it and put it on, parts are folder over each other, which shades them from the sun, allowing it to stay cooler longer. If it was shorter, then more of it would be open to the sun making it dry out faster. It is made of a stretchy material so it constantly holds up.

Great idea, fabric, and versatility!
I love these, working outside during hot summer days in Florida, I hose these off, wring out the excess, and give them a snap! Cool head in no time. I am a heavy sweater, light work or movement outside and my head is already beading sweat and this has been the best solution to date for keeping cool and kind of dry.

Great Heat Protection
I don't know why I did not buy this earlier. It is a as advertised, a cooling towel and cover that is adaptable for many uses. I live and train for marathons in Florida and this has been the answer for me in heat relief. I also like the fact it can serve as a face cover. Use it while training, working in the yard and fishing. Buy one.

A welcoming of cool on a hot day
I actually originally got this for exercising at the gym. But ever since the quarantine started, I've been using it outdoors when I walk and run. Good thing about this is, this gaiter is made to be worn "wet", so I would get some ice in a small bowl, add some cold water, and wet the gaiter with that ice cold water. Wring it out, snap it a few times, and wear it on my neck that way. When I encounter a neighbor, I can quickly pull up the gaiter over my mouth and nose.As much as they say that the fabric is made of proprietary technology, I truly don't know if there's anything special in it. But what I do know is, it is soft and comfortable. When wet, it stayed wet for relatively long time ( I go out for 2 hours walks). Since I carry a cold bottle of water, if the walk or run is long enough to dry out the gaiter, I'd re-wet it again, to kick-start the cooling towel effects.The softness of the fabric is probably one of the softest I've encountered. It's got enough elasticity that it does not suffocate my slightly above average head and neck. I've laundered mine many times, and it stayed soft, time and time again. It is also very breathable, even when wet. Actually, I'd prefer it to be wet when outside in the hot sun.One of the versatilities of this gaiter, is to use it as a head-band. To me, that's a bit tight, but if I pull it up and over past your eyes, you can use it as a skull cap by pulling the excess to the back and tucking under the base in the back.This is probably one of the items that saved me in this COVID-19 pandemic. If you don't like how other masks work for you, try one of these out. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.Stay safe out there.

This product is AMAZING
I work outside in temperatures that reach 110 at times so I needed something to help cool me down. This product is AMAZING. I seem 5-10 degrees cooler and only have to add more water once or twice a day in a 10 hour shift making these long summer days much more manageable.The material is nice and durable, it is not itchy or bother me while working at all. It fits great over my head and around my neck. I am glad I went with the one that goes all the way around the neck rather than the one that just drapes over. I do not have to worry about it falling off or having to adjust it as I move and work. This is perfect for anyone who works in the heat or just needs a way to stay cool, especially if you are moving constantly while wearing it. I would and have recommended this to everyone that asks me how it is working for me.
