A more holistic remedy
This is my second month of having my 30 y/o Appendix with moderate anxiety on Tranquility. I have explored many options to help out my old man, and Tranquility has been a good way to "take the edge off" without dulling his personality. I enjoy that this product has an herbal base rather than a synthetic base. As far as palatability goes, he loves it; Tranquility smells like a delicious cup of tea! I'll definitely be keeping him on it.

Takes The Edge Off

Really Helped
I first got this around a month and a half ago and it has really helped my horse out. He used to be so up tight I could hardly lunge him and now I can ride him with very few spooks.

Piece of mind
I just purchased my mare and 28 days after I got her she turned into a nightmare. Apparently the people I got her from didn’t tell me she was on something. After starting Tranquillity Pellets she is so calm and I’m not fearful to be around her.

How can you love your horse more?
I have a rescure mare. I have been beat up, threatened, and eventually accepted. I knew she like me but her female hormones got the worst of her. She has been on regumate every summer for the past 5 years, which helped wonderfully; but I wanted a safer, natural supplement. I found this product SMART TRANQUILITY!!! with in 24 hours...My beasty girl loved me!!!! I reread ingredients and noticed every ingredient, we ourselves can consume, for menopause, pain and mood!!! My moody mare now is a happy, loving mare!!!

Early review
I tried this for an older gelding rescued from the kill pen. He is well mannered overall but seems to have anxiety about horses in adjoining paddocks. I’m sure there’s a story in his history but his kicking the fence posts and fencing is dangerous. He has had a full vet work up and was treated for a minimal case of ulcers without improvement. He has been on this supplement for only 1 week. He seems calmer, more affectionate, and more focused with his training. I will update as time goes on about his kicking but he is heading in the right direction.

Spooky gelding may be sleeping better
My gelding, with me for two years, has been edgy most days. Has hurt me several times when he spooked. Watching him I realized that he was leaning on the barn wall to sleep and almost fell over several times! I give this to him now at night and judging by his muddy belly I think he is actually getting a little shut eye in the prone position. With better rest at night, he's less jumpy during the day too.

My sweet very lovable mare had colon surgery in Sept. She did great all throughout the healing process, right until the very end. She became very nervous, jumpy, scared, and skittish, so unlike her. I called Smart Paks and they recommended SmartTranquility. Best product ever. She is back to her sweet, cuddly, calm self!! Thank you so much!!

I have an older horse on stall rest due to an injury. He was so wound up that they couldn't open his window, and he was spazzy and difficult to handle. He just looked like he could jump out of his skin at any point. I had tried a few other things, and this was my last ditch before calling the vet for meds. Within 3 days, his eye softened significantly. Now he is handwalking without fireworks, and his personality is back to the snuggly, easy going sweetheart I know.

A little something more than Smart Calm Ultra
My horse had been on Smart Calm Ultra but needed a little something more and this has worked wonders. He is calmer and more comfortable in his own skin while adjusting to a new barn which usually takes him a year or more.

Did opposite for my 6yr old gelding
While I’m sure this may work for many horses it had an adverse effect on my gelding. Nervous, hyper, skittish. Not for him. SmartCalm Ultra worked best.

Helps a lot!
Bought this for my senior TB mare about a month ago because we were forced to euthanize her lifetime companion of 20+ years and she was not handling it well. Connie has always been high strung and more flight then most horses, and losing her friend kind of made her "snap". She wouldn't stop pacing, even when let out into the field with our cattle she wouldn't fully calm down. I doubled the dose of this supp and if helped her keep calm through the worst of it! I keep her on maintenance level now just to keep her sane and I'm extremely happy with the results! It doesn't drug her, just takes the crazy out of her lol
I will definitely be buying more!

Helped his anxiety so much!
I have an Andalusian gelding who would get a lot of anxiety under saddle which would translate into a lot of spooking and tension. I tried clicker training, 24/7 turnout, etc. and everything helped but he still couldn't seem to get out of his own way in terms of relaxing. I had already tried supplementing just magnesium, and I had tried a different calming supplement but without the results I was hoping for. This supplement has been such a gift!! He is not dull or drugged acting at all. But rather is using his thinking brain and reacting to stimuli in a healthy way. He relaxes under saddle from the beginning and is really accepting his work. I keep them at home so I am always riding by myself. I used to not be able to hack out alone without a lot of spooking/jigging. He now marches on with his ears pricked and only spooks when justified. I am so so happy!!

Used when bringing horse back in rehab.
I used this product when bringing my horse back into work after months of stall rest and hand walking in lieu of using Ace. My vet recommended Zylkene which I used for 20 days but then decided it was a bit too expensive so decided worst case was SmartTranquility wouldn't work and I would go back. It seemed to work, which I was honestly surprised about as I had low expectations. After 2 months, I'm going from maintenance (2 wells) down to 1 well to see if that has any affect. Then I'll think about taking him off of it entirely. Now that he's back to regular work and is much more sane and happy about working, he might not need it. I'll update this post a few months from now.

Huge difference
Within 4-5 days my spooky, tense guy relaxed enough that I could actually enjoy riding him. He's still a constant thinker, but it takes the top off. As he's a confirmed spooker it will be interesting to see if he relearns his mental patterns and can go without it after a prolonged period of happy work. Relief for both of us. He didn't like the smell at first, but learned to eat it.

Didn't notice a difference
My girl has been on this for two months now, I was hoping to see more of a difference. I'm going to try something else for her next month.
Side note: It doesn't smell very good, but she had no problem eating it so I wouldn't let that deter you at all if you wanted to try it.

Worked for my tense mare!
I initially started my mare on this in Feb this year. She can get very tense, spooky and lose focus easily at times... I had her on this for 4 months and although she had been improving, I wasn't convinced that this was one of the factors that was making this difference so I stopped it in May. She was basically off of this for just over a month and it wasn't until the second half of that month that I decided this supplement actually did do it's job. She was still going okay for the most part but wasn't nearly as relaxed and didn't come back from a spook as quickly. I could feel she was becoming more tense through her back again. So I started her back up on this supplement earlier this month and I'm already so happy I did. I'm super skeptical with supplements and what actually works. I 100% believe this works for my mare now.

6 Month Update
My last review I said I was going to possibly try Smartmare Harmony for my gelding who is super anxious when his buddies leave. I haven't tried it yet and I have stuck to SmartTranquility for the past 6 months. My boy is totally different, he is so calm, when his buddies leave he still frets a little, but not even close to as bad as before. He use to run circles in his stall, screaming and kicking the walls. Now, he pops his head out his window every once in awhile, maybe he'll call a couple times but thats it, no kicking or running circles! I've had to cut back on a few supplements due to $$, hard when you have 5 huge horses to supplement! But this is the one supplement I will NOT cut back on, not only is it cost effective, but it seriously has worked wonders! I highly recommend!

My horse cannot go without this!
I recently took on a saddlebred mare with some serious abuse in her past. She's incredibly anxious and has extreme trust issues. At any given moment she was inclined to jump out of her skin. When I started her on SmartTranquility, I wasn't super hopeful, given the severity of her behavior. While I can't say she's made a 180 (no supplement can fix her issues), SmartTranquility has made it so that we can finally work on getting her to trust and function again. She's gone from rearing when ridden to walking calmly around the ring. She no longer takes off on the lunge line, but trots around consistently. This supplement combined with a lot of work on trusting and being calm has given her a future. After a few months, we did try to take her off of the supplement to see how she would do, and she became hard to work with and very anxious again. I think keeping her on the SmartTranquility is the best thing we can do for this horse. She gobbles it up in her grain without a second thought.

So far nothing..
I have an anxious warmblood that suffers from sleep crashing/sleep deprivation because he is too worried about policing the premises than sleeping/relaxing. I was hoping this supplement would take the edge off enough to get him to relax once in awhile. I am on week 4 and so far it has made no difference. I will stick with it for a full 3 months before I give up. I will update the review if there is a change. No problem with him eating it though- smells great!

I have used this for a month after switching from smartcalm and it has made a difference. More focus and easy going attitude even at a horse show in a large arena that he has never been in.

Almost stopped using!
I bought this for the first time in Feb. My boy was on it for a month and didn't feel like I saw much change, before I could cancel, it had already autoshipped so I said ok we'll try another month.. When I took his buddy who is stalled next to him on a trail ride, he screamed for a little while we walked away but then I got down the trail and realized I didn't hear it anymore!! I have cameras, so I checked the cameras about 30 min later and he was still quiet! I could go on an hour trail ride and he used to be screaming in his stall the WHOLE time. He is still a little dramatic sometimes, but I am glad I gave this another shot. I just bought 2 more buckets - I am thinking of trying Smartmare Harmony pellets as they have a couple more ingredients I am interested and seeing if they help as well. But for now, I am very happy with these pellets.

Still very anxious OTTB
I have had my 16 year old OTTB gelding on SmartTranquility for more than 2 months and have seen no improvement in his attitude. He is still anxious, spooking and not trustworthy under saddle. Sure, he has not been outside as much due to the winter here in Ohio but when he's not outside he usually gets time to "play" in the indoor arena. I've used SmartCalm in the past and will go back to it

Excellent Product!
I think this product works even better than SmartCalm Ultra!! I had been using SmartCalm Ultra for a while but decided to give this calming supplement a try, since they are the same price for daily supplements. My gelding gets nervous at shows, but I took him to color breed congress without any issues at all, this supplement seemed to do the trick for us!
