Love!!!
Very satisfied with this product. I was spectacle that it would "truly" work. But WOW. Only one month of having all 3 of my horses on it and it has done wonders growing their tails, fixing damaged manes, and helping forelocks grow. I can't wait to see even more growth with more months on it! Only complaint is the powder can be messy buttt even my pickiest eater likes this supplement.

Unbelievable results
My smartpak contains this Mane and Tail supplement and the difference in my horse's coat in just 3 weeks is nothing short of miraculous. When I adopted Catori she was covered in hives and flybites and had massive patches of hair, mane and tail missing from rubbing. She had been left out to pasture with poor nutrition and zero care. Picky eater loves it!
She will not eat some supplements, but this one she'll eat. I haven't had her on it too long, but her forelock seems thicker, and her tail is not itchy now. I think the bugs caused itching (even with a tail flap on her flysheet) and her fly mask rubbed off some forelock hairs.

So Much More than just for the Mane and Tail!
I'm so glad I discovered this supplement, it's truly like winning the trifecta! Not only is it incredibly palatable but the bounty of targeted ingredients such as Omegas in the correct proportions have helped my gray mares coat shine, shine, shine! That's not an easy feat in a gray. Her coat gleams and I believe her mane is lusher and thicker. The dosage of amino acids has helped build and maintain a lovely balanced topline. I have also noticed over a few months her hooves don't chip, they seem stronger (she is barefoot). I am so impressed with this supplement and the fact it supports so much more than mane & tail. Highly recommend trying it in SmartPaks, the Guaranteed to Work benefit is a win-win :-)

I have not seen an Improvement
I have been using this for about a month and I have not seen any changes in the mane or tail. I am hoping that maybe there will be some improvement soon, I am going to use it for another month and hope I seen some type of improvement.

Zero expectations, Amazing outcome
I began using this product back in April/May of 2021 on my 3yo Hispano Arabe. Born in Texas; he arrived with a mane and tail that I would call a standard for an Arab- an unremarkable mane and a very straight-haired tail. Over the course of the next few months he managed to pull out about half of his tail by rubbing his butt on his feed bucket and catching the hair on the handle-loops. A few hairs a day meant it wasn’t noticed immediately until one day it was VERY noticeable. This was made all the more distressing by the fact that he’sin a barn with friesians lol and I was told he’d never have impressive hair…an unfair comparison, I know! Lol nevertheless I just knew there was room for improvement! Fast forward to 01/22… I haven’t seen any massive change in the speed of his hair growth ie length of old hair increasing quickly and I’m not trimming his tail any more often than before, but I have seen a MASSIVE change in the amount of new growth and overall density of his mane, I’d say it’s at least TWICE as thick, and the TEXTURE and density of his tail has totally changed. He went from having a stick straight tail hair to noticeable WAVES in the new growth. Pictures below. You can literally see the line where the new hair ends and the old hair starts in both his mane and tail (bad pic bc it doesn’t show full length of tail, shows new growth to hocks). It’s unfortunate that it’s going to take a couple years for the new growth to be even with his old tail but he’s going to stay on this supp even after things have evened out because his coat also looks amazing and who knows how many more changes are to come as he keeps producing this new fortified hair! Highly recommend.

My picky horse gobbles it up!
I bought this a month ago and it is too early to see if it is helping my horse grow his tail and mane back after rubbing part of it off. He is a picky eater and cleans it up. My hope is his mane and tail comes back thick and healthy!

Wish for a pellet form
I have seen improved mane and forelock growth in two weeks and so wish that the product was in pellet form. My gelding consumed the granule/powder the first two weeks but slowly began his old sifting ways. He is leaving half or more of the product now, grrrr. The product outcome is great and the taste is still enjoyed by the other gelding, but the 'stain' who needs the product for mane growth requires a pellet.

Saving my horse's mane one hair at a time
Thick manes and heavy blankets don't mix. My horse was clipped a few winters ago and the neck cover on his blanket caused half his mane to fall out—the underside was BALD. I tried every skin treatment on the market, but it just never grew back. I halfheartedly added this to my horse's SmartPak as a last resort, and I'm so glad I did. Every week I'm seeing new hairs sprout where there once was nothing but bare skin! He's always had a very thick tail as well, which has exploded in growth lengthwise. I'm not sure his mane will ever be 100% back to the way it was, but I'm hoping it will give me enough hair to tie down some hunter braids rather than having to roach it :) Don't expect to see results within the first two months, this one takes time. It's not a miracle worker, but if there's any hope for your horse's mane and tail, this supplement will breathe life into it.
