Love it
My mates been on this for about a month now. When I told my farrier about it and the stuff in it he seemed pleased my mares on it - I only wish we had found it sooner for my boarders chronic founder horse

Hoof Helper
Used in past for pony anytime any she has access to grass. My mare trimmed a bit too short and came up sore. Added to her daily feeding and shortened time off.

Noticeable improvement

The reason she is walking again
My old (20+ year old, don't know her age for sure), rescue horse got laminitis in all 4 feet and then coliced a week later. No amount of pain meds were helping. Withing about a week of starting this supplement she showed signs of improvement.

Very nice.
I believe that it will be very helpful if my little mare makes it through this laminitis episode.
She ate it without toouch protest in the beginning, but she will not touch it now.
I hope that we will get back to it soon...

She loves it!
I purchased this for a Haflinger mare who has thin hoof walls and fast growing sole. She has a chronic tender foot issue and, in addition, was suffering from a severe hoof abscess. We are at 4 weeks with this product and she is finally sound enough to ride. Her feet are looking better every day -- growing more hoof not just sole -- and she loves to eat it. She actually quits eating grain and looks for it if I'm a little slow getting it in the pan!

Worked on my pony
I have a fat mini that had foundered before I bought her. She founders very easily in the spring and foundered slightly the first spring I had her. She was also footsore on gravel. She has been on this about 8 months now and will now trot down the gravel driveway pulling the cart with no issues. Great product for ponies prone to founder.

Did absolutely nothing
I bought Smart Lamina Pellets after my mare developed acute stress laminitis in both front feet after losing her foal. I've used Smart pak's in the past, and have always had good luck with them. This product was worthless. Did nothing for my mare. Would not recommend it.

Simply Works
My 30 year old Morgan foundered in February of 2015. I started him on SmartLamina Pellets right away and the results have been terrific. His new hoof growth has been amazing and he is walking fine and on pasture! Thank you so much for such a great product.

Feet are still sound
I have a pony that was fondered before we bought him. He has issues with his feet several times a year. I am hoping that this will reduce the number of sore feet episodes we have through out the year. I have only been using it for about a month now. So far so good.

Founder help
ordered this last month for granddaughters retired barrel horse that got into pig feed. Couple with great care from our farrier, we are starting to see some definite improvement in mare's ability to move around.

Excellent product!

I switched to this product because my horse no longer would eat the supplement I was getting. He really loves SmartLamia. It has more in it for his hoof problems and I plan on switching my other horse to this as soon as her supply of the Laminex runs out!!

My horse is doing great on this product!
Very happy with the combination smart pack has put together for my horse who had laminitis all of last year. After starting smart pack and keeping him on a dry lot, I am happy to say I have my horse back! I am able to ride him again!

Very helpful product
I added this product for a horse that foundered in October he wasn't doing very good very slow progress , I changed 3 things at once, one was adding this product and something has worked very well. It looks like we'll be able to ride him this summer. I think it has helped get the medicine he is on cut down to half. I would recommend this product. I have had no problem with the taste

bought this product because my Haflinger mare had laminitis in her front feet. After starting her on a daily regimen of SmartLamina, her feet have improved 100% and she is no longer "walking on eggs"!

I bought this product 2 months ago when my mare was moving as though her feet hurt. Knowing she has had some issues in past with her feet I decided to try this. She seems much more comfortable and I am anxious to see how she does in future especially when I start riding again in the spring.

A year ago she was dead lame . ..
This morning was Christmas Eve morning. I rode my mare Feather for half-an-hour and she's sound. I rode her walk-trot but she can do a short canter. A year ago, after foundering for the 2nd time, she was dead lame. She also had multiple abscesses. My blacksmith shakes his head in disbelief. I'm sure half of the reason she is doing so well is this supplement. She is also on SmartPak metabolean as she is a cresty necked Morgan.

I bought a miniature mare that had a history of founder. She went thru another round of it after I bought her and bred her. This was my first experience with this problem so I bought the smartlaminae pellets. I put each dose in a lowfat low protein pellet supplement. At first her progress was slow but after 6 weeks of treatment she began to show more pronounced improvement week by week. I would highly recommend this product and would not hesitate to buy it again in the future.

Cant say that this is the magic bullet to end all/ cure all laminitis issues, but since my mare has been on it i've not had an episode yet (knock wood)

Grew a lot of foot
I got this product for my mare who cane up with cushings & laminitis. I her to grow foot and within 6weeks after being shod my blacksmith impressed with the amount of growth we could trim. Yeh!

From full laminitis to riding in 5 months
I found my horse with full blown laminitis on June 4, 2015 - he could barely walk. He was barefoot so my vet suggested putting him in Easy Boots for awhile, which I did for 3 weeks, and it helped him at least walk to his water and food. I also gave him bute and had xrays taken which showed no coffin rotation but bad angles, maybe from long toes and contracted heals. It doesn't help that when i bought him 8 years ago he already had high ringbone and it's just gotten worse. I called Smartpak and the person I spoke to suggested the SmartLamina Pellets. I already had him on MSM pellets from Smartpak and I added the Senior Thrive Pellets so he would be sure to receive maximum benefit from everything. In the 3rd month my vet found some shoes designed for laminitis so we put those on. On Oct. 11, I hauled him to the vet and he was declared laminitis free and was given a shot of HA in the ringbone area and on Oct 17 we had a ride. Most of the time I hear people say that laminitis like this takes a year to recover from so I was thrilled to cut that time in half and I do give a large part of the credit to the SmartLamina Pellets. Very Palatable!
My mare became laminitic from a cortisone injection and became very tender in her front feet. She had wooden shoes put on and I started her on Smart Lamina pellets. She is doing great after 3 weeks and hope to get her wooden shoes pulled this week. I think the pellets gave her the added support she needed to recover.

Feeling better than he has in years
My gelding had a terrible winter. For the past two years he has had winter laminitis. This winter being the worst. He always improves in the summer but I added this supplement and magnesium, which is supposed to help with metabolic syndrome which he has, and he is feeling better than he has in a couple of years. Freely trotting and galloping around the pasture. So good to see.
