Works!
My 18 year old hard keeper came out of winter looking rough. He's been on this for nearly 3 months and it has made a world of difference in his weight and his coat is so shiny. I don't think he's ever looked this good. Now that he can graze all day I'm going to take him off the Smart Gain but I'm sure it will be a winter staple for us.

Horse likes it
I've only been using this for a few weeks, so I can't tell yet whether it is working. Hopefully it helps. My horse hesitated at the first feeding of it, but after that, no problem.

Huge improvement in just one month!
This is a great supplement. I bought a super underweight horse and quickly purchased this supplement. In just one month he put on substantial weight and it didn't change his attitude at all. He remained calm but started to have a bit more endurance in his training now that he was getting the calories he needed. I purchased three months worth and will finish it all and by then he should be at his goal weight. He also is a super picky eater but didn't mind this supplement.

Awesome Product!
I received two shipments of SmartGain for my oldest mare. She’d lost weight over the winter and I had been searching for something worth the price to give her. She put on the weight she lost after being on SmartGrain for two months. It was pretty awesome seeing her look so healthy after being worried about her weight loss.

Pleasing
I bought this with the intent of helping my horse build her muscle and topline. While the topline still has little improvement, her butt and shoulders have filled out and her back is getting there. I really started to see a difference a couple of weeks after having her on it and she yells at me if I don’t feed her this product. Thanks SmartPak!

Worked Wonders for my OTTB!
I had my horse on full board at a farm and somehow he managed to lose quite a bit of weight. I moved barns and started him on SmartGain with some electrolytes as well. This move and the supplement were in January of 2017, by June of 2017 my horse looked great and I was able to switch from SmartGain to SmartDigest to help maintain the weight. I cannot express how much I love this product and the wonders it did for my horse. The pictures are before and after. My horse has been able to maintain the weight with the help of SmartDigest and overall we have just had a wonderful experience with SmartPak.

Worked great.
I gave this to my horse for the reasons to help gain weight, and it had a pro-biotic to help his digestive track. I gave it to him and within 30 days (The normal amount of time to really see change) he began to put on the extra weight he needed. Helped since we are also working to get in shape for summer.

Super results on senior thoroughbred
I’ve had my hard keeping senior thoroughbred on SmartGain for 6 weeks in conjunction with a consistent light work load and I am very happy with the results. He has put on weight and muscle and finally rounded out over the rump with a nicely developing top line. A known finicky eater, he doesn’t bat an eyelid at the supplement mixed with his grain. Very pleased and will continue using this as he ages.

He picked up weight fast!
I started giving this to my 15 y.o APHA gelding 30 days ago. So far he has picked up so much weight! He was getting lean due to medical issues( EPM ). I was worried about him going into winter as hes always been a very easy keeper. Without feeding any more than usual he is back up to is usual weight! Very happy with this product and will continue to use.

SUPERB for older horses!
I have used this for my olde mare for 3 years now since she is a tough keeper and even tougher as she is now almost 22 years of age. She is fitting back up to do a few 25 milers and has put on about 30# already. Best supplement for this purpose I have used.

Great product!
I had tried several well known brands with little change in my horses weight. I've now taken him off of it as he is back up to weight. An added bonus I didn't expect was the shine to his coat ~ even after rolling in his favorite sandy dirt spot, his shine shows!

Still Watching!
I cannot give a good or a bad review as I haven't been feeding this to my daughters horse long enough to see any results yet...I am hoping by the end of August I will be able to see some weight gain...she is a hard keeper and this past winter was pretty hard on her....we aren't sure of her age, but I'd guess her to be in her late teens to early twenties or older....her coat does seem to be shinier though, so that is a plus and she seems to be more active! Also, very easy to feed her as she gobbles it right up!

Seeing results quickly
I have a OTTB 10 years old gelding in training and he got super lean with the additional work. He was gaining muscle but burning fat . So I ordered the smart gain . Asked the representative over the phone what should I do. Should I try Body Build which someone at the barn is currently using with success. Or should I try Smart Gain ? She said Smart gain would compliment what he was currently taking in supplements and there have been great results. So he's on his second shipment . We are mid second month and he looks so much better and filling out a bit looks so much better. So far so good very happy .

Love this supplement
I absolutely love SmartGain. It smells like cake batter! I took in a severely underweight OTTB, who was known by his former owners to be a hard keeper. I have noticed that using this product has really helped him gain weight where it counts in the month and a half he's been on it. This and the SmartMuscle are a saving grace for my guy and I've had some really incredible results so far. He licks every bit up, so apparently, very palatable.

Great Product
My 18yo AQHA mare has always came out of winter on the thin side but this year was exceptionally bad. We started her on Smart Gain and within the first week we could see a subtle difference. By the end of the bucket, she was looking great! I am so happy with the results that I am going to add this to my monthly SmartPak! I was hesitant about the powder as I always try and select pelleted supplements but she ate it right up!
