Great product at a great price!
It is exactly what I was looking for in a combination supplement for my mare who needed joint and hoof support.

Very impressed!
I've had my horse on the SmartCombo pellets for almost 2 months now and so far I'm very pleased with the results. Her coat is shiney and smooth and she's in good spirits!

Good deal
I had my horse on a SmartFlex product and wanted to add a SmartHoof. Much to my surprise he would not eat the SmartHoof pellets! SmartPak customer service (great as usual) sent me samples and this supplement combined the joint support he was on with hoof, plus coat and digestion- and it was cheaper! And he eats it. Worked out great for me.

seems to have everything in it.
I bought this a month ago & switched from finish line total control & it seems to be working just as good. Still have a bit of dry skin but hopefully that will change. I'm giving it a good rating for now since I've only used it a month.

First time using SmartPak
This is my first product I've ever purchased from SmartPak and so far it seems to be working great for my horse. He eats it without hesitation, his coat seems shiner and his hooves look nicer!

Upset tummy and stopping at fences
Started this product three weeks ago. It's the only thing that's changed in my mare's diet and routine. Normally she's very enthusiastic; running up to see me in the field and tossing her head, pawing and neighing at me in her stall, looking for her next fence on course, perky ears and bright eyes even when in season. Well after about two weeks all that changed. She wouldn't even look at me when in her stall, started pinning her ears during upward transitions, started stopping at EVERYTHING (I mean a cross rail when she normally sails over 4'). When she did jump she jumped flat (normally jumps me out of the tack she's so round). So we checked out her back, compared videos to see if she was sore. Nope. No soreness and her flat work didn't feel any different except for her listlessness. BUT my trainer and I both remarked about how TERRIBLE her gas was. I mean it smelled so bad I could smell it while we were riding. She also started burping a lot.
I've never had GI problems with her before. Or stopping problems. Or really any problems. She did eat the supplements with out a problem which is good (or not). Again. Only thing that changed so we will not be using this supplement again.

Not enough time to rate effectiveness
Started our 26 year old 1/2 Arab mare to improve coat, hoof quality and digestion. It's only been a month, but she likes eating the product and will continue to use.

Love this!
My colt is growing like a weed. I wanted to give him a vitamin supplement, but when I saw this combo, it seemed prefect. He also has dry skin and the coat supplement has help reduce the dryness of his coat even in winter. And you cannot go wrong with a joint supplement.

I purchased this after seeing my daughters horse's haircoats. Northern West Virginia winters are cold and tough. All her horses have good hooves and haircoats , fat and slick!

He's doing great!
My 30 year old TB has had to be shod for years because of his cracking feet. He's barefoot now and doing great. I know most of the change in his feet is do to a different location (we haven't been on it long enough) but I can't help feel that his overall improvement in condition is because of this product.

Me And My Horse Both Love SmartCombo!
Several months ago I started my horse, Remington, on the SmartCombo pellets. He wasn't picky at all with them; in fact he gobbled them right up! After about a month I started noticing how much more shiny and healthy his coat looked. In about two months I noticed a change in his attitude; he seemed much happier and like he just felt better overall. I haven't really noticed much of a change in his hooves yet since it will take about a year before they grow all new hoof. But I have no doubts that I will see an improvement there as well!

Great supplement!
I switched to this product because my horse was going into training and I wanted to give his joints and digestive health more support. I love that I replaced several buckets of supplements with just one. He loves the taste so I never have to worry about him leaving the supplement in his bucket.

Very impressed!
I had my TB on smart flex II and wanted to add a hoof supplement to her diet, for the price it made sense to put her on smart combo and also get the coat and digestive benefits for just a few dollars more per month. It's been about 2 and a half months and I am already blown away by the difference in her hooves! She gets her feet done every six weeks and before smart combo her shoes would almost be falling off at week five. This shoeing cycle due to conflicts in schedule between my farrier and I, she didn't get done till week 8 but easily could have gone another two weeks! Her shoes were still on as solidly as they were day one! I'm very impressed in the difference in such a short span of time!

Covers My Main Sources of Supplements
I've noticed a great improvement in my horse's overall wellbeing. His hooves are growing strong, splits & chips are becoming a distant concern. He has a huge improvement in his flexibility. I'm so glad to find this combination all in one.

Yummy Supplements
I just switched to Smart Pak when my horse stopped eating his former supplement. He loves the taste of his new supplement and the packaging is very easy & convenient for the barn staff to manage.

Seems OK.....
I LOVE SmartPak, so let me start by saying that!! :) Now, with that being said, I have been trying out the SmartPak Combo to see if it is worth saving the money, even though I prefer to buy separate supplements. I DO believe that the SmartDigest and SmartFlex are working well, however, my horse's hooves aren't that much improved in the 6 months I have had him on this combination that includes SmartHoof. I am mostly disappointed with the SmartShine, it hasn't shown improvement in his coat at all compared to other coat supplements I have experience with. My all time favorite coat supplement is Nu Image (granules) by Select which gave every horse I worked with since the late 80's/early 90's a mirrored image coat within only 2 WEEKS of using it and I could use a fraction of their recommended dosage and it would still have the same results. So...I am considering dropping the combo and going to individual supplements again and maybe try the Omega 3 shine to incorporate fish oil. My horse (a 6yo TB H/J gelding) is on 12 hours of lush grass and his daily hay/grain supplements include: plenty of T&A hay, ProForce Fiber textured grain by Nutrena, Ultra Bloom stabilized rice bran pellets, Smartpak Combo, SmartLytes, 1/4 cup whole flax seed per day and a pinch of salt, mineral/salt rock in his stall. He is wormed regularly, annual floating, shots UTD, ridden 5-6 days a week with breaks as needed, kept show horse clean every day and stays out of the hot Florida burning sun to prevent drying his coat (but still gets a good deal of morning sunlight or sunset), thorough daily grooming, massage & chiropractic, etc etc etc and you would think his coat would be gleaming like that mirrored image I referred to earlier being on SmartShine as part of his coat supplement, but no. I did temporarily put him on Nu Image granules as an added coat support to see if there was a problem with HIM and his DNA/genetics, lol, but he CLEARLY (and immediately) became hot and spooky (which I have seen happen in other non Quarter Horse breeds I have worked with who go on the Nu Image coat supplement). After only 1 week I was getting compliments on his coat (strange, but Nu Image does work that well!). I had to take him off the Nu Image to get him calm again, but like I said, the SmartShine just doesn't have the same results, his coat is back to the way it was before I temporarily had him on the Nu Image, and unfortunately SmartPak does not allow a substitute, you have to obviously pay for the upgrade of another product. I would still recommend this product overall because if you ARE trying to save money with a combination of wise supplements, then this combination is worth giving your horse versus the alternative of not giving your horse any supplements :) BTW my horse apparently loves the smell and taste of the supplements!

Great results
I started this product because my horse went into training and he was feeling the effects of working 5+ days a week. Within 2 weeks you could already see the difference. He was comfortable and working well.
Today he is home and was well fit for our first winter ride at 37 degrees. No stiffness, no discomfort, in fact when I unsaddled him and loosed him in the corral, he walked up to the mounting block as if to say...is that all??
