Exceeds my expectations
I have been an avid feeder of Ugard powder (and pellets) for many years. The buffering affects on the stomach seem to make a huge difference for those with less than perfect stomachs. My horse is no exception, and does noticeably better when he has some stomach buffering while consuming a larger grain meal due to being a harder to keep OTTB. When I saw the LegUp Stomach pellets, I got really excited that a product meant to buffer the stomach was being offered at a much more reasonable price than the product I was currently feeding. LegUp Stomach Pellets offer a MUCH larger amount of active ingredients than the product I used, at a MUCH cheaper price, and also includes a little bit of Aloe Vera to help soothe the stomach. I've noticed further positive changes in my OTTB who has been on this supplement for almost a month now, after swapping him over. I'm VERY pleased with this supplement and I'm SO happy it's so much more cost effective (and easier to feed than powder). I wholeheartedly recommend this supplement if you're looking to make the change to something superior and cost effective, or you're looking for some stomach support in general! Great product!

Stopped filly from chewing up the barn
I have a 19 months old filly which started chewing on anything she could get her mouth on. After I ruled out boredom, I figured that it may come from some sort of calcium deficiency in her diet. I decided to add the Leg Up Stomach Pellets to her feed, and the chewing stopped within days of adding this supplement. I also noticed that she gets less hay bloated now.

Easy to feed and easy on the budget
My mare is a worrier rather then being spooky she would shut down and refuse to move. After a full vet work up and time with a trainer I added these stomach pellets, within two weeks I had a happier more willing partner who is more relaxed about life in general.
She will eat the pellets out of my hand so no waste and before trailering or shows I can give her a little extra to help reduce stomach acid and help maintain her happy stomach

Perfect for my OTTBs sensitive tummy!
I bought my OTTB as an 8 year old and he had had colic issues every year for the previous 3 years as well as being a (classic TB) hard keeper with loose stool. In addition to the colic and loose stool, he was extremely irritable about his belly with serious girthy issues, tail swishing/kicking when getting his belly brushed and it was almost impossible to actually use my leg while ridding without him turning into a hot disaster. We ruled out ulcers but he clearly had some tummy issues so he has been on a regiment of a few handfuls of soaked alfalfs, Smart Digest and also smarkpak's Leg Up Stomach Pellet and the difference has been dramatic. No more loose stool and he is comfortable and had not a single colic scare. He's now happy and finally progressing in his training as well as actually being a little chunky!! The price of the two supplements is more than worth it for the health and happiness of my boy and I will absolutely continue to use!!

My mare likes them
Glad my mare is on this and I wish I started her on them sooner, her crabbiness under saddle is gone and she’s much less anxious overall. She eats the pellets right out of my hand and unlike powder there’s never any left in her bucket.

Quiet Belly
I decided to try these for my OTTB after a round of omeprazole to keep ulcer symptoms at bay. She was on Neighlox before this but would eat everything around it. Now, she eats all her grain and her stomach is quieter than ever! I love that there is aloe vera in these pellets to soothe the stomach. Overall a great buy!

Finally a Gut Supplement My Horse Will Eat
My mare is the pickiest. Absolutely refuses to eat any kind of supplement that would be good for her but these she inhales with her grain and doesn't bat an eye. Her appetite is up and we are super happy with this product and the economical perks are even better. Worth giving it a shot!

Really Works!
I have had my horse on this for almost two months now, after the first month I really started to notice a difference in his eating: despite crazy weather/temperatures lately he happily eats every last piece of his grain both am and pm. He also has become much less attitudinal when putting his girth on. He had been diagnosed with no ulcers, just a sensitive stomach and this supplement is a budget friendly, effective way to make him feel better every day.
