The *Best* supplement for hooves
I have always used this supplement on my OTTT with great success. Now my QH has been on it. He is a picky eater and I've had no issues with adding it to his daily feed. Ordering this product from SmarkPak was easy and the shipment can quickly.

LOVE this product!
I love this supplement, won't ever use anything else! This supplement has helped to rebuild two of my horses hooves. I know so many people that use this product because its just that good, and its not even expensive. Please give this a chance, at least a month to really see results but its well worth the wait for the amazing results.

Didn’t work for my horse
I’ve had my mare on this for maybe around 6+ months, she has terrible thoroughbred feet, pulls shoes, has cracks, lame without shoes. I did not notice any difference with this supplement, I kept her on it for months hoping it would help.

Block could be more user friendly...
Love the product. BUT... this is sold as a vacuum block and thank God I"ve got a huge metal spike in my tack room to break up this sort of thing. If there's a scoop inside, I haven't seen it yet. Still chipping away though.

Did Not Improve the Condition of the Hooves
I have had my horse on Farrier's Formula Double Strength and Farrier's Formula hoof dressing since June 2019 (8 months) given daily. He eats the supplements with no problem. I started the formula due to a right hoof crack/split. The product details say to give it at least 6 mos. There has been no improvements to his hooves and have gotten worse. The right hoof crack/split has not gone away; in addition, there is another hoof crack/split now in his left front hoof and his back right hind hoof now has a chunk out at the toe area. I have spent $500 on this product.

Amazing for my OTTB!
My OTTBs hoof wall was pretty weak, he was newly barefoot and his feet got chewed up and chipped when we began turning him out. I started him on the supplement and there is a visible line on his hoof from when I started him on the supplement, you can see in the photo the chips below the new growth. I am beyond pleased with the results! He can be a little picky, but the supplement doesn't bother him at all.

Working for my mini's hoof separations
My 18 year old mini gelding, who I drive, has been having trouble with white line-like separation for the last couple of years. This year was worst--both fronts had significant separations and left hind had a minor one. In past years I had used topical hoof/sole hardener, which had helped, but this year was wet and the sole wasn't often dry, since he lives outside in dry lot 24/7. A friend of mine suggested Farrier's Formula Double Strength because it had helped her mini. I started it on Sept 22, 2019 at the dosage for my 300# mini. When the farrier trimmed his hooves on Jan 8, 2020 (about 3 1/2 months of feeding), he said that the rear hooves were now solid and the front ones were 75% better. It takes time to fill in from the inside but I'm expecting that his hooves will be much better at the next trimming in 7 weeks. It may be that now, as a senior, his hooves need more nutrients than he can absorb from his normal feed ration. I plan to keep him on this supplement even after his hooves fill in.

Awesome supplement!
I started my horse on this a few months back in the summer and I know with hooves it may be too early to see the benefits as they grow so slowly, but so far it has been great! My horses hooves were falling apart from the moisture and mud, he got glue ons on his hind hooves and he recently was able to get normal nail shoes on all his hooves! Highly recommend

Thankful I tried this!!!!
First, I never and I mean never write reviews. I feel so strongly about the success we’ve had from this product I feel like it’s important for me to share—hopefully will help other horses too! My 19 year old QH gelding has struggled with thin walls, “seedy toe/white line” and “thin soles/dropped soles” his ENTIRE LIFE. I have been his only person since he was about 15 minutes old. So when I say I have literally tried everything and countless farriers under the sun to help him, I mean it. This hoof supplement actually works. Added with the combination of keratex and durasole twice a week and we are 99% sound, barefoot!!! And have minimal cracks, chips, splitting. Hope this helps someone else!

Happy Hoof
We were having trouble withour big Holsteiner holding shoes due to pawing on dry ground resulting in hoof wall breakage. We needed something to speed up hoof growth and add strength. Our farrier suggested trying Farrier's Formula Double Strength. Within two shoeings we solved the problem. Growing good hoof and holding shoes just fine.

He loves it
I recently started my horse on Farrier's Formula based on my farrier's recommendation. My horse has "thoroughbred feet." While I know it will take a while to notice the full benefit, he loves the taste and I feel good knowing I am doing what I can to help his hooves grow in stronger.

No changes :(
My gelding has hooves that are dry, crack and chip all the time. It’s been a very dry summer here, which hasn’t helped matters either. I started him on this supplement in April and sadly haven’t seen much improvement. He’s still losing shoes and chipping away at his hooves. But, on a positive note, he loved the taste. I’ll keep looking for another one to help my guy’s feet.

Off to a great start
It has been about 45 days and I can see a small amount of improvement. I am sure it will take 3 to 5 months to really see a difference but I think we are off to a great start.
