Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathryn D. from Acetyl-L-Carnitine Higher doses have helped my neurological horse trip much less, almost completely eliminating tripping down to one small trip per ride versus several trips at the walk before starting AlCar. His neurological issue stems from arthritis in his neck at C7. He's ridden 5 days a week in dressage and on trails and has been sound for almost a year now.
