Works great for our old boys joints.
I chose this product for ingredients and price after trying many others. I have a 20-year-old thoroughbred with creaky joints and a 20 something old horse two just for extra support and they’re both doing well on it.

Always my go to joint!
This is always my go to joint supplement! Has all of the most important ingredients to help them stay comfortable and happy. I have a 20 year old mare that’s always clicks when walks and can come out of stall in mornings stuff sometimes and is known to stock up and whenever she is on this all the clicking and stiffness stops! And rare when stocks up just a great supplement!

A MUST HAVE!
I originally put my two older boys on this, they've never been all that lame - but with age I just wanted to make sure they had all they need to keep them sound! I love this product. My reiner has been on it for 6mo. and he usually gets his hocks injected every year.. well not this year!!!!! My vet said he looked really good and to keep doing/feeding whatever I am doing! That made me so happy. I just started giving it to my young boy (he is 5), because he has been sore in his hind end causing his back to be a little sore as well. I give him a little extra MSM [pellets] because he is still being shown so I wanted a little more added. He has been doing great as well, he moves much more flowy, not stiff and his back isn't sore anymore either, which makes me know his hind end is better too! I also love how simple the ingredients are, me personally I don't love when a supplement has 30+ ingredients at 15-100mg each; I would rather have only a couple necessary ones, with a higher mg and that is what you get with this product!

This stuff works!
I have an aged 17.2 WB. Being as big as he is, general wear and tear takes a toll. He has to have hock and stifle injections. I've tried several joint supplements to help him out, none seemed to do a lot, so I sat down to do some real research around the active ingredients. This stuff has the most of what I was looking for at a reasonable price, and boy does it make a difference! He's staying sound, seems more comfortable, and I've been able to extend the time between injections. He's also a very picky eater, and eats this right down. I swear by this stuff.

Wonderful product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mare is now 35 years old. She has suffered with laminitis and arthritis issues for years. This product has the ingredients to help her with joints and pain to keep her agile. I mix this in with her grain and she eats it all. I have been using it for many years and highly recommend it. I love watching her in the field with our other two horses playing and running around. Without this, she would not be able to do that.

Pleasantly surprised+
I bought a mare I was told was 10yrs old but after receiving her papers found out she was 14. I decided since she was 14 it was time to start her on supplements for joint health. She had a tendency to stock up in one hind leg but after only 5 weeks on Absorbine Flex + Max she has stopped stocking up, her coat looks better and it is not my imagination, even her eyes seem brighter. I think just as an overall health supplement this was one of the best decisions I made for one of my horses.

Best bang for the buck
I remember when Flex was a powder supplement only (which was a real pain in the you-know-what). Between getting flex dust everywhere and covering it in molasses- it was a nightmare to clean up.
I don't have time for powders so getting this in pellet form was a godsend. The pellets smell really nice and my horse really loves the flavor. I am feeding this to a 10 year old gelding in heavy training 5x/week to support joints and flexibility while we build up his hind end. Vet just came yesterday and said this is the best he's ever looked and no aches/pains on exam. Just to clarify - these results were after 60 days on it with an extra magnesium/selenium vitamin mix supplement. Definitely worth a try if you have an achy horse who is a picky eater!
