It’s only ok
While i love the length/size and look of this pad (works great w/the long flaps of my dressage saddle)...and it seems durable, when my horse sweats, the pad soaks thru quickly. It either needs heavier quilting or heavier fabric as it does not provide much protection between my sweaty horse’s back and my new expensive saddle...so i noticed my saddle absorbed moisture as a result. Wish it was heavier duty.

Color not the same as in picture
I can't speak to the quality of the pad but I am very disappointed with the color. I ordered the dark wedgewood blue pad, which is not nearly bright as the blue shown in the picture. It's quite dark and dull and almost purple-ish.

Bright Color
Just using enough that it's finally dirty. Wish it was a tad wider, barely gives my Thin Line protection. Hence, 4 stars. But for $20, good pad.

Love it!
Bought this pad when it was on sale as I needed a new show pad before the season gets into full swing. This is a great! Not too thick as my boy is a heavy sweater. I haven’t got to use it yet but I can’t wait for our first show with it and the custom embroidery I had done on it turned out perfect

Basic, but my absolute favorite pad
These pads are straightforward in their look but have beautiful rich colors. They're relatively thin, which is actually great if your overly thick pads are interfering with the fit of your saddle or if you want to use some kind of half pad. I just washed my navy blue one for the first time after a lot of use, and it looks brand new. The horse hair doesn't seem to get embedded in the weave the way it does in some pads' fabric. Very high quality item for a totally reasonable price. Good job, SmartPak!

Durable and nice looking saddle pad
I've bought several of these saddle pads over the years and find that they fit my horses and dressage saddle well, hold up very well in the washing machine and the padding lasts a long time. The only signs of wear that I've noticed are the binding along the edge begins to fray after multiple years and (hundreds?) of uses! Good value and maintains a good look for schooling and show.

Beautiful Saddle Pad
I just received this pad and it's very pretty. It just looks so classy and the embroidery was really well done. And I must say that smartpak really has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I made a mistake with the shipping date and they fixed it immediately for me. Great quality all around.

Beautiful Durability
Love the blue color! These pads last through many washes and hold up well! You would think for the price the pads would pill up and loose shape. They hold up well !

Nice Lightweight Pad
I've only used this for a few weeks, but it fits the bill in that I wanted something somewhat lightweight. It's a generous size, a bit much for my 14hh Connemara but fine for schooling. My only disappointment (and why only three stars) is that the velcro billet tabs are extremely short. Just yesterday I thought about cutting them off and likely will. But for the price, a very decent pad.

Got the free embroidery
I chose a few of these in fun colors for friends at the barn, and got the free embroidery of their horse's names on them for Christmas gifts. I chose bright colors, these are for training rides, not showing, but the pads are easily nice enough for clinics or schooling shows. The embroidery is well done, the part that is embroidered has backing to help keep the stitches neat and tidy. I don't know how the colors will hold up to washing, but the embroidery looks like it will be secure.
They came in at different times shipped from different places, but all in plenty of time to wrap for Christmas, so I'm happy, and my barn buddies should be delighted!

Fun colors!
I have the turquoise and get so many compliments. It looks really nice on a pinto I ride! I have several of the SmartPak AP pads and just one of the dressage pads but they all wash great. I used the Dover brand pads for years and years but these are so much nicer and don't shrink when you wash them!

Nice pad for the price
Bought 2 of these, one purple and one turquoise. Colors are ver vibrant and jewel like. They are super thick which may or may not be beneficial dep6on how your saddle fits. You could always add a half pad. I have 2 horses and am always doing horse laundry. Have some of these saddle pads on hand helps cut that down.

Disappointed
I ordered Brick Red and the one I received looks more like burgundy or wine color. Doesn't look like the picture online. Also, I think it's fairly short for a dressage pad. My saddle has a short flap and it overlaps the billet straps. I double checked my original order to make sure that I hadn't ordered an AP by mistake.
