Instructions for Use:
1. Remove wrapper and hold Slick'N Easy by one of its long edges as pictured. 2. Scrape the horse's coat vigorously, in short rapid strokes, with the other long edge. Scrape in the same direction as the hair grows. 3. After several uses, your Slick 'N Easy Grooming Block will develop rounded edges. To restore to a sharp edge, rub the long edge on concrete (flat sidewalk, block wall) or any similar abrasive surface.

Best shedding tool
I love this product to finish shedding out my horse in the spring; it's great for the hard-to-reach places, and areas that aren't easy to get with a curry comb or shedding blade (elbows, gaskins, around ears, forearms, etc.) It's also great for getting dust out of a coat. I only wish they held up better, but for the price I usually grab a couple until my horse is shed out.

BEST PRODUCT EVER!
I bought this last summer and cherished it all season. Before I knew it, I'd used it so much that it was gone! I just bought a new one for shedding season and it works wonders on all of the fluffy ponies at the barn. The hairiest, dirtiest ponies and horses benefit from this product most, but it works on all of the horses! 200% recommend this to everyone!

Perfect for shedding and bot fly eggs
These things work so well for shedding out winter hair. I normally use this on my horse's bony areas instead of a shedding blade. Once all the winter hair is out, it's time for bot flys to start laying their eggs! This also works really well to scrape off those pesky little eggs.

An old favorite
My thoroughbred is extremely sensitive and does not tolerate most shedding tools. I wouldn't say he loves this but he does tolerate it without his usual dancing, stomping, tail swishing, and threatening. This tool does a nice job of removing the dead hair, mind you his coat is quite fine. It also helps create a lovely shine. It does wear down and have to be replaced but it is cheap.

Shedding must have
Every spring I grab one of these to help me get through shedding season. For balls of dried on mud I start with the coiled metal shedding blade, then switch to this shedding block to really grab onto and pull up those loose hairs, and finish off with the curry and dandy brushes and a damp towel to pick up the last of the dust off the coat. My horses turn out to the nines, even during shedding season when everyone else's horses are looking dull and dirty! These are great. So inexpensive, so effective, and so easy to sharpen.
