Amazing!
I used to just use water when braiding or banding, and wasn't sure about how well quikbraid would work. I'm impressed! It's so easy to use and makes a huge difference!

Grooming staple
I groom professionally and I would never braid without this product. It makes the hair tacky to the touch so it is easier to get the braids tighter....and then tight braids look much neater and also stay in place all day (or even multiple days, if necessary). A must-have for shows! :) Plus, SmartPak packed the bottle very carefully in bubble wrap so there was no spilling in the box. Yay!!!

An absolute essential
As someone who shows a lot, I never braid without it, and I don't know anyone else that does either, including my FEI-level trainer. It keeps fly-away hairs under control while braiding and makes hair easier to handle. Great stuff!

A MUST for Braiding!
I do alot of braiding of all sorts, as well as banding. This product is an absolute must-have to help the hair get sticky enough, but not slippery, so it doesnt just slide through your hands. I always make sure I have enough for a weekend show and bring an extra bottle just in case!

LOVE IT!
My TB has a thick mane with a cowlick right in the middle - it's like a nightmare come show season! But with Quic Braid, all I do is spray it down, brush it into place and cover it over night and it's perfect in the a.m..

Great Product
This is an amazing product for when you need to braid manes and tails, works 10x better than any regular hairspray. Also works great for riding bareback! Spray it on your breaches and it'll help you stick!

Must-have
A braiding must-have. It makes difficult manes much easier to work with. No longer can kids use "But I'd screw up the mane!" as an excuse not to practise pulling-quic braid will make braiding possible, even with flyaways, etc.
It's also super handy at training manes to lay on one side! I didn't have to braid or band to train my horse's mane (that split midway down) to neaten up. Spray, brush, and walk away!

Good in moderation
This product works nicely if you are a novice braider or have an unruly mane with lots of short broken fly away pieces. As a professional braider, however, I find it difficult to use when braiding several manes per night. It leaves a film on the hands when used repeatedly and seems to dry out the hands. Works really great for tail braiding to help start of a neat tight braid. Definitely far more effective than gels or hairsprays for providing a good amount of grip.

Perfect Braids
I used to use hairspray and hair gel, but after a fellow rider used this on her horse and I saw how great her braids were, I had to try it. Love it!! It isn't sticky, it just provides the perfect grip and gets all those flyaway hairs to lay down. Quic Braid will always have a home in my tack trunk!

Good helper
This product does a good job giving a little extra grip on braids, but I don't find it does tons in aiding my braiding. A cheaper alternative is water and some mousse, which works about as well for me. However, this is would be a good addition to a showring tote, and I like the fact that it "combs" out!

Good for Flyaways!
I've used this product for the last 6 years. It is excellent for taming hair that is a little thick or has flyaways. It's never a good idea to trim off those wonky hairs (after all they will grow back and cause the same problem later). Make sure to clean and rinse your horses mane after using this product. It is essentially hair spray and it can cause your horse to itch those braid that are already itchy! Similarly, don't use too much. When used excessively it creates dandruff flakes.

Great for those hard-to-braid manes!
This stuff is great for braiding any mane, but particularly those that are harder to braid! Gives you a better grip, and helps braids stay in longer.
