Use When Necessary...
My mare I've had for 9 months who just seemed to have a lethargic-type personality recently had blood work come back with a low red blood cell count (anemia).
I've had her blood work done when I first got her but since she's always acted lethargic I expect the low red blood cell count was overlooked the first time.
Red Cell was recommended by my vet...
I tried just mixing it in my horse's feed but she knocks all the feed out of her bucket trying to get rid of the red cell, I will have to just syringe it in her mouth or maybe mix with applesauce.
Smells gross like cheap children's chewable vitamins.
Before: A poor creature that really wanted to be with people but was just too tired and lethargic.
Now: A Horse who is just as sweet as ever with the energy to back it up. Did NOT make her hot, just made her feel better! We're not struggling to get her to just walk any more, she's happy to trot around in the arena and still be child-safe!

Red Cell Works!
I have used this product in past years and was pleased with it. I started using it again as my horses just did not seem to have much energy. The "get up and go" was missing.
Red cell *works* is all I need to say. You will notice a difference.
It does have a strong but pleasant smell to it. All 3 of my horses accept it just fine including my mare that believes anything new is poison!
You only feed an ounce or 2 although I give my Percheron 3 ounces so the value is very good.

Easy fix for anemia
Last winter when my horse was extra lethargic we tested him for Cushings, worms and ulcers but found that his only issue was that he was a bit anemic. Red Cell did the trick! It's much less expensive than treatments for all of the other things we thought that he could have and gives him 'good work ethic' energy with a rather than 'hot spooky' energy.

WOW What a difference
Started giving this to our percheron who was normally lethargic, in a little over a week I had a different horse. It does not make him 'hot' or pushy or unmannerly in any way he is just much more alert and wanting to do things. I am not sure about the palatability, it has been over a week and he still smells his feed every morning and then gives me "THE LOOK" but then proceeds to eat it.

My Horse Loves Red Cell
I purchased Red Cell when my horse had a borderline low red blood cell count. He is also on antibiotics which can be hard to get him to eat willingly. Not only do I feel good that he is getting the extra supplements he needs, but he loves the yucca flavored syrup and now even eats his medicine without leaving any behind in the bucket. To me, it is worth purchasing just for that plus!

Sure Fire Winner
Our calf horse had seemed to have lost that "spark". He seemed a little lethargic, and the twinkle in his eye was gone. After a friends suggestion we put him on this. All I can say is wow! It pepped him right back to his old self. My boy is back. I'd reccomend this to anyone.

energy in a bottle
I have an older horse who I still actively compete. He does great, but in the summer months he gets tired a bit faster in our intense Florida heat. We compete less, but I also supplement his diet with RED CELL to help keep his energy up for the 4 months or so of worst heat. Come the cooler months he is his usual frisky self and doesn't need any additional supplements!
I just mix it right into his feed as recommended and it works great! He eats it right up. I think the first couple times he was a bit wary of the new smell in his food, but once he got used to the smell and taste I haven't had a problem since.

Changed My Horse
Excellent product! Energizes without making him hot. Very palatable, now use it for all three horses and it is wonderful in aiding any dry powder supplement mixing thoroughly into grain. No loose powder on the bottom of the bucket.

Worked very well!
I started my clydeX driving mare on Red Cell in the hopes it would help her be able to handle the very grueling sport of Combined Driving. It not only helped her live up to her full potential, it helped in our everyday training, she is able to focus better as well as accomplish more. I would reccomend this product to anyone with an older horse or a horse that needs that extra push to be able to handle competition with ease! I plan to keep my horse on Red Cell as long as she is able to compete. Thank you Smart Pak for sending me this great product.

amazing results
When I bought my horse his blood count was down and he was slighty anemic. After taking red cell for a month and having his blood count checked again I was in shock to find that he blood count was back to normal and he seemed to feel much better himself. I definetly recommend this product!

This actually works!!
I've aquired a 14 yr old Holsteiner, Drake, who came to me with the warning, "No one can make him go." He was unresponsive to the leg and tired easily. After steady work and placing him on this supplement, Drake is a different animal. He's more energetic--but not spooky, his coat is shinier, and he wants to work. He moves better. He jumps better. I can't express how thankful I am for this product. Red Cell has truly made a world of difference in our partnership.

Love this stuff!!
I have a yearling filly that came from a PMU ranch. She was in very bad shape when I got her. She had worms, lice, the ring worm fungus and a cold. My vet had her on some many different meds to fix her many problems. We did blood tests and we found out she had a very low blood count. He had me put her on Red Cell. I noticed a difference in her behavior within days. She became livelier. Within a month she was running around and bucking as if she was never sick!

I have a 21 year-old Quarter Horse that became extremely anemic after getting pneumonia about 1 year ago. The vet suggested a "blood-builder" or a supplement with a lot of iron in it. I ran out of my normal supplement, and decided to try Red Cell. Within 2 weeks there was a big difference in Major's appearance and attitude. He looked better, wanted to run a lot, and best of all, Red Cell helped Major beat his case of anemia. So far he is still anemia-free!

Gives a Jump to Your Horse's Health
I have used this on my 18-year-old for about a year, and you start to see improvements very quickly. It is also very economical as it is priced well and lasts a very long time. My horse doesn't particularly like the taste, but it still seems to make him glow all over. He has a very youthful appearance and it works great to keep his energy levels, alertness, and responsiveness high! The vet thought he was about 12! He has good weight on him, and I have also heard wonderful things from my friends.
