This sheet features a 1050D ballistic nylon outer that resists rubs and tears, making it the ideal choice for a pony that is tough on blankets. Plus, it’s also waterproof and breathable to keep your pony warm and dry and has a nylon lining for maximum comfort. Additionally, a tail flap provides extra protection against the elements. Next, deep shoulder gussets give your horse the freedom of movement he needs while fleece lining on the wither reduces rubs. Two low-cross surcingles and nylon/elastic leg straps allow for a secure and comfortable fit. Plus, quick-clip front closures are easily adjustable and allow you to take your pony’s blanket on and off effortlessly. The neck attachment is horrible
This is waterproof and it does hold up but the way they attached the neck doesn’t work. Every time my pony grazes the neck separates and the bottom half flips over revealing the lining, creating a huge gap and getting it soaked from the inside out in inclement weather. I would NOT recommend getting it with the neck attachment

Wonderful blanket!
I bought this blanket for my cushings pony who was shivering when outside. The blanket is warm, tough, and appears to be comfortable on her. It fits well and is is very well made.

Great for my donkey
Bought this as it’s one of the few decent rugs that comes in a size small enough for my donkey. She’s turned out with four other horses and tends to be at the bottom of the totem pole. As a result, I wanted a super tough rug for her. This one fits the bill! I could tell when I got it out of the package that the outside is strong. And the warranty is a plus!
Mocha likes it and so do I!

Love this blanket
I bought this same blanket last winter, except with the medium fill, and according to the measurements it was an exact fit. However, it was too exact and didn’t leave any room for things such as lying down and getting up without majorly pulling the blanket so tight I was surprised that nothing ripped or broke. This attests to the strengths of the buckles and materials!
So, I ordered this blanket with no fill to be the rain sheet turnout, but ordered the next size up. So, so glad I did that. It fits beautifully, with room for activities other than just standing. I am going to order another just like it with fill for the colder weather coming up. This blanket is absolutely waterproof, and my mare was warm but not sweating under it in the cold, rainy weather.
I wish I would have followed my instincts with the smaller version. It was only worn a few times, and is in perfect condition, but it’s probably too late to return it.
