As riders and online shoppers, we know it can be tough to buy a new bridle or pair of boots without trying them on. That's why we moved the fitting room to your living room (or barn)! From breeches to blankets, if you or your horse can try it on, you can return it, free! Just use the pre-paid return label included in your order within 60 days from the purchase date. And of course, please make sure the item is in like-new condition with original packaging (we said 'fitting room', not 'war room'!).
The Herm Sprenger WH Ultra was developed with Lisa Wilcox and Ernst Hoyos together with Sprenger. The WH Ultra is a double-jointed bit that features a unique roller in the center section. This unique roller provides a gentle stimulation to the tongue, which encourages the horse to chew, prompting salivation and allowing acceptance of the bit and therefore relaxation of the jaw.
The Herm Sprenger WH Ultra Soft is a variation on the Ultra bits, the center section is made with a soft but tough rubber cover. This bit helps to introduce a horse more easily to the bit. The aids given with the reins are carefully directed to the horse's tongue resulting in prompt chewing which brings about a relaxed and content horse. This bit has also been shown to be helpful for horses that grind their teeth while bridled.
Genuine patented Aurigan bits are manufactured only by Herm Sprenger. Aurigan is a perfect mixture of materials (85% copper, 4% silicon and 11% zinc). Aurigan has high oxidation properties and provides a pleasant taste to encourage chewing activity and easy acceptance of the bit.The Herm Sprenger WH Ultra Soft Aurigan Loose Ring is offered in mouth sizes 4 3/4", 5 1/8" or 5 1/2". 70mm stainless steel rings. 16mm thickness.
