The Uvex Perfexxion II is the perfected combination of sportiness, climate control and safety. The Uvex product developers and designers have put their entire expertise into the development of this riding helmet: one of the safety-relevant innovations is the outer shell, which has been extended on the back of the head. Extending the shell over the neck provides a maximum of safety – also for the rider’s back of the head. A cut-out for the ponytail makes for a comfortable fit. With this helmet, innovation becomes visible: due to its new and slimmer shape, the Uvex Perfexxion II is even more lightweight than its predecessor and perfectly adapted to meet the demands of active riding in terms of ergonomics. This riding helmet provides a lightweight and comprehensive protection that is unprecedented.
The Uvex pentagon dynamic ventilation combines an innovative design with optimal climate regulation. By extending the existing and adding an additional air channel in combination with the innovative honeycomb structure, the air exchange could be significantly improved compared to the previous system. The wearing comfort is supported by the interior as well: washable pads made from a soft-touch material and memory foam as well as the 3D-IAS size adjustment guarantee a perfect fit on every head at all times. With the new Uvex Perfexxion II, riders are bound to forget they are wearing a helmet at all.

Uvex Perfexxion is Perfection!!
Over-the-moon thrilled with this purchase! Finally a helmet that fits my gigantic long oval head . . . like a glove!! My non-riding husband said it's like the Apple of helmets: sleek, beautiful, precise, true perfection. SmartPak shipping was super fast (2 days). If you have an oval head, I truly believe you'll love this helmet as much as I do!

So comfortable!!
This is the most comfortable helmet I’ve ever owned. I have a long oval head and it’s so adjustable that I can get it super snug without any pressure points. It doesn’t move AT ALL, even with the concussion of landing off of big jumps. Love that I can change the fit whether I have my ponytail out or my hair up for shows. Super breathable too!

Extremely comfortable and lightweight!
I've been enjoying my new Uvex helmet for a few months now. I love the comfort and functionality for those of us with long hair. The dial sizing is excellent and my head stays quite a bit cooler on those hotter days and with no headaches! This definitely beats my old Charles Owen comfort and price wise.

Finally, no headaches.
When I had to replace my last helmet, I tried on about 12-15 helmets (not sure if I'm picky, hard to fit or both) and this is the one that works. No forehead pressure headache like most of them. Lightweight and reasonably cool. Also appreciate SmartPak allowing the helmet returns so I could find this one.

Cool and Comfortable
This helmet is super light weight and comfortable, and keeps my head cool. Some helmets are too round for me and cause headaches, but there are none of those here! I also love how adjustable the harness is - you can lengthen or shorten the front and back straps separately to move the harness further under your chin.

Great fit
My husband has an oval head and worn a 7 1/2 gpa speed air for years . When we went to replace them we both found that the newer styles run at least 1-2 sizes smaller and more of a round fit causing terrible forehead pressure. We ordered and had to return 6 other helmets and finally decided to give this one a try . My husband put it on his head and it was instantly comfortable and absolutely perfect fitting . The adjustable dial allows to customize the fit even more. It’s very well designed. I recently settled on the samshield XJ and went up 3 sizes from my old gpa speed air . I’m happy with it but honestly when I tried on my husbands UVEX I wished that I had gotten one instead . Not to mention the uvex is almost 1/3 of the price! For the , fit, look, comfort , design , price and how lightweight it is this helmet can’t be beat . Thanks smart pack for your great helmet return policy allowing us to find the perfect one .

The 13th time's a charm!
When the time came to replace my old helmet, I had a very hard time finding one that fit my apparently very oval head. The Uvex Perfexxion II was literally the 13th helmet I tried, and when it arrived and I put it on my head, I was elated. No more painful pressure on my forehead! I've been using it for several weeks now and continue to be happy with it. It's incredibly lightweight, and super adjustable; you can adjust the circumference and depth of the helmet, as well as the straps. If you have a very oval head (and even if you don't), this helmet is absolutely worth a try. Here are some of the helmets that did not work for me, in case the comparison is helpful to someone. The S/M Uvex Perfexxion II fits me perfectly. The OneK Defender MIPS Long Oval M was too perched on my head, and the L was too big. Tipperary Windsor and Royal, both in M, were slightly too round. Trauma Void Lynx L was too big and M didn't work but I don't recall exactly why. GPA Little Lady 7 1/8 was too round. OneK Defender round-fit, IRH R4G, and Charles Owen MyPS were too round. A friend's old Charles Owen AYR8 in 7 felt comfy, but none of the new COs I tried had the same fit.

Great fitting helmet
This is my second Uvex helmet. I love the multiple adjustment options...especially helmet depth! It is lightweight, stays put and well-ventilated for summer.

Personally I didnt buy the helmet from smartpakequine because I got a better deal somewhere else. But the helmet is one of a kind. No other helmet has ever fit as good as this one. The adjustment is easy and I love love the chin clip. So easy to adjust. The helmet is light weight and I can even wear it in the summer heat of Coastal GA. Worth the money. #mindyourmelon #everyride
