Why We Love This
Even if you try to keep your horse's environment as clean as possible, bacteria is always prominent. Horses often stay in wet environments with manure or mud. This atmosphere is ideal for anaerobic bacteria to live in the hoof and damage it. Cavalor® Dry Feet makes the hoof a less hospitable home for necrotic bacteria thanks to the combination of glutataldehyde and Benzalkoniumchloride. These active ingredients have a drying and hardening effect while also helping the product stick to the hoof longer. When hooves are hard and dry, oxygen will find its way back to the area close to the frog which will help to cause the death of bacteria.
Cavalor® Dry Feet can also be used as a preventative when horses are sensitive to thrush but it is recommended to not use on dry hooves as it may make them brittle and cause hoof cracks.

As a Treatment:
Spray Cavalor® Dry Feet approximately 2 to 3 times on the cleaned hoof per application. Repeat daily for approximately 3 to 5 days until the hoof is visably drier.
As Prevention:
Apply Cavalor® Dry Feet 2 times per week.
CAUTION: Apply Cavalor® Dry Feet on the sole of the hoof ONLY! If sprayed on skin, it may cause irritation. It is not advisable to apply this product on already dry, brittle soles.
