The Protection I Needed
I was skeptical about buying shipping boots because in the past I've used them and they ended up being kicked off, but I had no choice, as my new mare tends to kick in the trailer and injure herself. I was so happy to see that these stay up and she actually kicks less with them on. I think she likes them! Well made, easy to put on and highly functional.

Sturdy construction
Love the tabs on the velcro. Appear to be well made. Haven’t had long enough to see how they hold up. Love that they come in 3 sizes since all horses aren’t 17 hands with 12” diameter cannon bones like most travel boots are made for

Great Fit and Quality
I bought these boots for my Friesian stallion who has a lot of bone; I was worried about them not being large enough, but the horse size fits him great. They are holding up well so far and I love the color! I read some reviews about them being too small, but I didn't have this problem with a 16.2hh light draft breed.

Nice colors
I bought these boots about a month ago. They offer nice padding and protection for my horses who aren’t fond of the trailer. They are a bit pricey. Luckily I waited and got them on sale !

Nice boots!
I’ve used these twice so far for shipping and have been very pleased. They don’t fall down at all (I bought the horse sized for my 16.2 chunky WB) and do a good job protecting my mare who sometimes hauls like a dragon. The Velcro closures have a little tab that make removal easy. I like the soft fleece lining, it’s not super thick to be hot but adds a little more comfort.

Far too small, but so lovely
I’m so sad to have to return these. The color is beautiful (black & teal- my favorite!), and they seem well constructed. They’re a little less “poofy” than my current shipping boots, but I didn’t feel that was necessarily a bad thing.
Normally, I would not even post a review when I was not able to really try out the product. But I wanted to post for all my fellow dinosaur owners out there. I have a 17.2hh IDSH gelding. He has a good deal of bone, but he’s not completely “drafty” by any means. I would say he has the same amount of bone as your average larger Warmblood. His current shipping boots are regular Horse/Full sized (they are Dover/Rider’s International or Professional Choice, I can’t remember). They fit well height-wise and also wrap around the legs completely like they’re supposed to. The Amigo shipping boots in Horse size do not fit all the way around, which defeats the purpose of putting them on. I’m so sad! Maybe they’ll come out with a Large Horse option one day!

Based on reviews I bought the Cobb size for my full size horse. And they are perfect. Fit well and do not slide down like the other brand I bought.

Pretty but the Velcro straps are weak
I bought these a few years ago. Recently a horse began having an issue stepping on himself in the trailer and after 5 uses five of the six straps on the hind boots tore completely through. They look nice but did not hold up when actually needed. I hope the manufacturer has switched to a heavier fabric.

Great purchase
I bought these in the cob size for my 15.2 hand gelding and they fit really well. Very fast to put on and take off and don't fall down. There is also good coverage for the hocks and kness as well as the heels. Very pleased with these.
