Helps ensure a healthy GI tract
Research has shown that providing yeast stabilizes cecal and colon pH, helping to ensure a healthy gastro-intestinal tract. Yea-Sacc 1026 supports the digestion of fiber, providing more energy for performance and pleasure horses, as well as older horses. Improved digestion also enhances phosphorus and calcium availability for greater bone strength. Yea-Sacc 1026 stimulates milk production in lactating mares, and produces more nitrogen for higher milk quality – resulting in healthier foals.

Miracle Worker!
My horse had chronic digestive issues since the day she came home to me. I worked closely with my vet and followed his every suggestion. Nothing worked and the vet's final solution was "don't worry about it." But I did worry about it. No way could she be comfortable with constant loose manure and bloated from excess gas. I read and read as much as I could since my vet was tapped for answers. Numerous sources said Yea-Sacc. I had this supplement on order, but held off on feeding it because I didn't think such a tiny amount would matter, much less work. I bought a bunch of other things to try, none of which did anything, then finally on a whim decided to start adding the Yea-Sacc that I had been hoarding. Every one of my digestive problems that I had been dealing with for many months now improved in a matter of days. Manure, which I had managed to get looking okay thanks to the Supplement Team at SmartPak, now looked textbook perfect. No excess or watery gas, the horse seemed more comfortable and she was happy to eat it. I have an extremely picky eater and out of curiosity, started her on some too, and she was totally happy to eat it as well. When the fall grass started to come up, we had the only two horses in the barn that had perfect manure and happy stomachs. This supplement that I had overlooked many times thinking it was "too simple to be the answer to my issues" was indeed the answer my horse needed.

Molasses
This product contains molasses which is bad for gut health which you are trying to address by using it!?

horse may be allergic to this
I started my horse on this and he developed swellings on his chest and sheath area. As some people can be allergic to yeast, it is possible horses can be too.
I stopped giving him the Yea-Sacc, and the swellings went down and disappeared and have not come back. I'm not 100% sure my horse is allergic to yeast; but I'm not going give him any more supplements with yeast just to be on the safe side.

Awesome product! Awesome price!
My horse did so well on Yea-sacc! She had chronic loose manure on ProBios. Yea-Sacc cleared that right up, and for an affordable price.

YEH for YEA-SACC
I have an Icelandic mare with chronic diarrhea issues. Usually a supplement will work for a while (1 month to 2 years) and then stop being effective.
My latest victory has come by using YEA-SACC. It began to work immediately. I have been using it for 45 days so far. It is very reality inexpensive. My mare eats it right up. Her diarrhea issues have completely cleared up for the time being.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for long term relief.

Inexpensive Probiotic
I switched my gelding to a new gut supplement that didn't have a probiotic in it and I wanted to add one. This is relatively inexpensive, but honestly I can't tell if it is doing anything since he was on one before I switched to this. The texture is palatable and he eats it all up. It's not powdery and doesn't blow out of his feed bin either.

stopped loose bowels and belly ache
Got a former barrel horse who did not respond to various attempts to stop his loose stools through diet and various supplements. A friend gave me this and it was the first thing to work. Within a week he was more regular and seemed to have less pain.

It works!
I bought this after moving my late-teens tb with us to a new state. He started having occasional belly-aches. I put him on yea-sac and he has stayed comfortable since! Thank you!
