Helped my cushings mare
My mare has cushings but a very mild case! And she looks amazing she gets this, chastberry, tri aminos, and turmeric and she shed out beautifully we’re as last year i had to clip her she’s been on her smartpaks for about 3 months now. Her attitude has improved tremendously! Thanks smartpaks!

Great Features but Not Tasty Enough
In an effort to cut down on plastic use (even though smartpaks are using recycled plastic anyway), I switched from Cocosoya Ultra SP in Smartpaks, and bought this in a bucket. It had similar ingredients and the benefit of added Vitamin E. Unfortunately it's another supplement my mare just won't eat, despite its similarities to Cocosoya that she loooooves. My older mare won't touch it either, perhaps I'll donate the rest of the bucket. :(

Already seeing results
I’ve had my gelding in these for almost a month now and his coat has gotten so shiny and he gained a little weight as well (which he needed)! I do feel like a little bit of the product gets stuck in the well, but clearly it’s not an issue! I’ll keep my guy on this year round.

Fixed my mare’s dry skin
This has been the only thing to make a difference in the dry skin my horse gets during winter time. Her coat and skin look great- soooo much better.

vitamin e & omega 3
Purchased on advice that since my horse is no longer on grass/pasture (winter time) & due to his diagnose of navicular, (without xrays!) he needs vitamin E & omega 3's. Was on for 28 days & had farrier check. Result was "good solid hoof wall! better looking hoof (over all), clef not as deep as it was 6-weeks prior" & he was able to forgo pads with his shoes, this visit! yay!!!!

Seems great!
I bought this to feed my lesson horses when the grass started to die. I wanted to help supplement them as the seasons changed. everyone of them still has a fat dappled glossy coat so I am happy!

The horses and donkeys turned their noses up
The horses and donkeys did not like the taste. They walked away from their grain. Which is unlike any of them. I will not reorder this product.

Shiny Coat and Healthy Metabolism
Bought this to supplement my mare who has EPM. She had a rather dingy coat after beginning her initial recovery (the added Vitamin E in this supplement was a big plus for her). Now she is fat, dapply, and her coat is shiny as can be. I have not had any ulcer problems with her since switching her to smart omega 3 as well, which was somewhat of a battle for her before. Great supplement. I would recommend it to any owner looking for a big immune boost supplement for their horse. Below are pictures of a couple years ago when she was first diagnosed and started on Smart omega 3 as well as smart gain, and then the other photo is from a couple weeks ago.

Convenience
Love the convenience of the Smart Paks I recieve for my horses. Never have to worry about giving the correct amount it has already been measured out for me. Also like getting the next months worth of supplements right on time without having to remember to order them.

Smells great
The product smells AMAZING. I did not notice a visable difference in her coat quality, though she doesn't rub her neck on the barn anymore so I think it may have helped with itchiness. I like that they included Vitamin E in this supplement.

Good product
I've noticed a different in my horse from using this for about a month. He has gotten very shiny! The one thing that could have been an issue is that the supplement has a somewhat fishy odor. My horse who eats everything at first wouldn't touch this. I had to slowly work it into beet pulp or wet grain to get him used to it. But now he eats it easily.

Works wonderfully
Started this about two months ago and my horses are shedding to reveal a beautiful new coat, no dapples yet but I’m sure they’ll arrive soon. It’s also seemed to help them finally maintain a healthy weight which they’ve struggled to do for a long time. I’m really happy with this supplement!

It's alright
I have a mare in my barn that has extreme allergy issues (seriously, this horse is allergic to *people*) and it's incredibly hard to find supplements that don't have wheat/wheat middlings in them as a binding (she's allergic) so we went with this after using a fish oil that was significantly more expensive. I've also used Omega 3 in the past on my personal horse and others.
I've been using it on this particular mare since November, January's Smartpak arrived and the power was actually wet inside of the wells which has never happened. I called Smartpak, they replaced it. The replacement arrived and when I opened the box, once again, inside of the wells were soaked. The shipping box was not wet, the tape was the Smartpak tape, the Smartpaks were still in the clear plastic sealing. I called Smartpak and they said after the first time, they looked into the issue and it's caused by the fish oil in the product. This issue never happened in the past and it's kind of concerning. I worry about mold building in the wells that aren't fed quickly, especially with summer approaching. Since I'm feeding this to a horse that has major allergy problems, this issue is extremely concerning to me.
The reason I'm giving this a three star and not a two star is because the product HAS been helping with her excessive itching which the whole reason we put her on it. Her coat has been a little better than normal. If the product didn't help with the itching, I wouldn't have given a three star rating.
I really hope Smartpak figures this issue out and finds a way to prevent it because I'm considering looking into other options. The risk of mold or other issues is just too concerning for me. If this does this in the box, how long is the product actually 'wet' for?

So far so good ...
My horse has only been on this for about 6 weeks, but so far so good. No problems with palatability (but then he's not picky). His coat is glorious despite it being wintertime and there being very limited grass, though he is blanketed every night, which probably helps keep him slick and shiny!

So far so good!
Started my horse on this about a month ago and his coat looks glossy and wet even in the winter now. I had him on a regular flax seed oil but the ingredients in this when compared are much better and I love that it contains the natural E that so many horses are deficient of.

My horse has HYPP and the vet recommended I give him Vitamin E supplements. I love the fact it is combined with Omega so it helps his coat. His HYPP has been well managed with diet.

Small Granules are not for me.
I thought this would be in pellet form, but it's in granules. These stick to the container because of electricity and so some is wasted. I can't tell if it's helping my horse or not.

My Boy Gus, we Live in Tennessee, Bugs are still out an about, He was always biting his sides, itching his neck on the Gate, I felt so bad for him, I’ve been using the smart flax With vitamin E.. 2 month’s now, yes Major improvement !! Also Farrier out today, 6 weeks ago Gus showd signs of minner white line, thrush, I tried the new Farrier’s formula in the squart bottle- my Farrier said it’s working keep doing it, only thing I Had to put it in little plastic cup-with small brush - and paint it on.. 2 Great product ‘s I’m fussy.. I approve!!!!!!

It's only been 1 month but I am impressed
I had my horse on a different SmartPak supplement for skin and coat issues. That supplement was updated and the new one was making him into a fire breathing dragon. After talking with customer service they recommended this supplement as a better fit. His coat is looking very dark and shiny and I have noticed him filling out in places that he has never been fat! My guy can be a little picky at times but snarfs this stuff down without a second glance. Can't wait to see how he keeps progressing after being on this supplement for longer.

He's comfortable
My horse was diagnosed with IAD and after researching I picked this supplement to help his weak immune system and to lessen the inflammation of his airways. This supplement has done wonders. Along with Smartbreathe he hasn't coughed or had a flare up once since starting. He can now tolerate work and is more vibrant and i've noticed he's even calmer! His coat is shiny and his topline/muscle mass development has improved greatly also. I was nervous to give this to him as he refuses ANY powdered supplement however he gobbles it right up. :) Picky eater approved

Enriches the horse's coat!
My vet wanted my mare who was suffering in Florida's heat this summer, to have additional vitamins, which I found available in this SmartPak supplement. I started her on it; she showed pleasing results. Then I rescued a mare whose coat was really rubbed from relentless insect bites; I started her on it. What a change within 2 weeks! She was healed in rubbed places and wearing a rich, silky coat! Then I started my palomino gelding on it to see what impact it may have on him.
I am very satisfied with the effectiveness of this supplement- and so are the horses!

Good growth to the max!
I bought this to replace a supplement I no longer needed with my credit. I had no idea of the results! My gelding became SUPER shiny, soft, and his feet grew so fast. He is currently barefoot getting trimmed every 8 weeks and at the end of the month of smartomega he needed to be trimmed at 4 weeks. Super great product!
