Great Product
Been using this just under a month now .I have a very picky eater and this she gobbles right up. No bad smell, no clumping,very palatable. Coat is looking good, as this has the Biotin in it,that will take a bit to see results. So far very happy with this product.

Love the new formula

Great Quality
I started my mare on this when I got her. Her hair was dull, brittle and had fly bites all over. She has now been on this for 4 months. She is so soft and shinny getting compliments through out the barn. Itseemed to help with the reaction to fly bites by the second month she did not have welts all over and the flies had not decreased.

Great product
I stopped using the more expensive oil product and switched to this one. It is easier to feed and take to the shows. The horses have a great hair coat and are getting the omega they need.

Nice coat
Both of my horses have a nice coat after being on Omega Horseshine. Their mane doesn’t tangle as easily either. They seem to enjoy the flavor and lick the bowl clean!

Great product quality but horse wont eat it.
I have tried it with mixed treats and some water, no dice. Tried molases and water over her favorite...alfalfa which she just ate around. The moisture and quality if this is very good but my mare refuses to eat it. I cant give it a 1 star per itsgood quality but cant give it 5 per horse wont eat it.

Great product!

Best Coat Supplement
This product works really well. My chestnut is the shiniest he's ever been. He suffered from dry skin and a dull coat, omega horseshine made those issues a thing of the past! And he loves the taste too.

Best coat supplement EVER!
I have had my gelding on this supplement for almost a year now. He has been on other coat supplements before but nothing compares to the Omega Horseshine. He sheds out an amazing coat that is so soft and shiny. I get many compliments on how nice his coat looks. My horse gobbles this down, great taste. Highly recommend this supplement!

AWESOME PRODUCT
I started using Omega Horseshine in 2017 and absolutely love it. My horses cant get enough of it. I took pictures of my 2 mares the day I started them on it and 1 each week thereafter. I really started noticing a big difference in their coat about 3 weeks later. At 6 weeks they looked like different horses. Super shiny and soft and that was when they were dirty. Another benefit as well is that you don't have to give them anything to prevent colic while they are on Omega Horseshine. So all in all you save money and your horses look great. I buy a 40 lb bag for my 2 mares who are 1000 and 1100 lbs and it lasts at least 2 months. Thats like $12.50 a month each horse.

Use through winter months
We give 1/2 cup daily on soaked alfalfa pellets when the pasture has stopped growing. In KY we use from Nov. - March.
An economical way to get the omegas in.

Affordable and effective
I started using Omega Horseshine about 8 months ago with my 3 year old gelding Patriot. Patriot had some issues with dry skin (especially in the winter months) and over all had a not as shiny as I wanted coat. This product was recommended by a friend and I've been incredibly satisfied by it. Patriot's coat is now a shiny, healthy looking coat and he no longer has any skin issues. Even his winter coat looks great compared to the "my horse's coat will never shine again until spring". His coat also stayed way darker than ever in the summer months, he's outside 24/7 and usually fades to a red bay color, but this year he only faded to a darker bay look (he is a black).

My horse has been on this product for 6 weeks now and I’ve noticed a huge difference! He not only is covered in dapples, but he is no longer sun bleached and is very shiny! Overall great product and definitely worth the money.

Quite literally the best supplement ever
I always have and always will have Omega Horseshine in every one of my horse's diets. The Omega-3's and 6's are perfectly balanced in this product, Wich is absolutely essential to the proper functioning of the horse's body. It is a healthy fat that all horses, even my obese one one, need in their diet. My horses always have gorgeous, healthy, gleaming coats, and dapples never fail to appear after a few months on this. My horse used to have chronic skin itchiness and would rub himself obsessively on the wall- not anymore!! This is the highest quality flax and skin supplement or there, nothing compares and accept no imitations! If you're at all on the fence about starting this supplement, don't be!! Start it today!

Bug allergy nearly gone
I've had my paint mare three years and she has a terrible time with sensitivity to bugs in the summer. Her belly can get raw with bites despite conscientiously using fly spray, sheets, etc. I tried other bug off supplements too with no results. I put her on omega horseshine last winter and was surprised to find it also solved her summer bug issues! Her coat is shiny and her overreaction to bug bites is nearly gone. We are both much happier this summer!

Best Coat Supplement.
I tried Smart Shine and Smart Dark and Hansome which were ok. I then tried this supplement and the results have been amazing. My Rocky mares are so shiny and dappled even with 24-7 turnout.

No hives this summer!!
My IR horse gets hives every spring, and has some breathing issues that go along with the hives. I started him on the Omega Horseshine in March, and we didn't get the usual bout of spring hives and heavy breathing. What we DID get was a gorgeous, shiny coat and healthy bloom. Love this product!!

Copper Penny shiny!
This has completely changed my mare's coat. She is a chestnut and came from Canada so I panicked when I moved her to Wellington for the summer as her skin/coat wasn't great to begin with (think little allergy bumps, very itchy, rubbing constantly). After adding Omega Horsehine to her Smartpak her coat has become super shiny and she rarely gets allergy bumps (and much less itching!). I plan to keep her on it year round, I highly recommend it. Only downside would be that I felt like it took a couple months of consistent use before I saw results, totally worth the wait though!

Amazing results!
My horse wasn't even on Omega Horseshine for a month before I saw results! The dry skin & dandruff are completely gone, & I can run my fingers through his hair even when I haven't brushed it in a couple days. He's SO soft now, too! I'm amazed!

Saved my mare from sunburned shoulders
I have a paint mare with white shoulders, and she has been struggling with sunburn ever since we moved to the South. With the advise of my vet, I started her on the maximum dose of this product in April, and this summer she has not had any of the problems that she had before. It's been a lifesaver! My only criticism is that with as much as I give her, I have to wet it and stir it in to her feed- but it works, so I don't mind!

Great product!
Really like this supplement. I have two horses, one needs a little extra fat in her diet, the other one usually has a dry, flaky coat. I used to grind flax seed and supplement with a trace mineral product. Horseshine is convenient and reasonably cost effective, with all ingredients combined in one product. I like the stabilized flax, since I can't refrigerate and must set up supplements ahead of time. My mare's coat has improved immensely; she gets compliments from other boarders almost every day
on her beautiful, shiny copper coat! Plus, both horses love the taste.

Keeps my mare shiny and dappled all year!
In love with this product! My mare has gorgeous dapples and a shiny coat all year round. Never had a single problem with this product. Constantly getting compliments on her dapples and how gorgeous it looks on her buckskin coat.

Love this!
I've been using Omega Horseshine for awhile now. I used to give my horses fresh flax but the OH has so many added benefits that I started using it. It has not only flax but biotin for hooves, aminos, minerals like copper and vitamins as well as the added advantage of Omega 3s with the flax. It does make their coat shine and glow. It's also a good alternative to psylium for stopping sand colic. I live in the desert so this is a must. The Omega 3s are also recommended for my broodmares for the growing foals while pregnant and after. All around great supplement to their forage! I also like that SmartPak has the larger sizes at a good price!
