We love our products and we're happy to take them back - even custom items. We'll happily take back everything from engraved halters to personalized jackets - even embroidered blankets that have been worn (minus the manure, please). But there are a few things we have to restrict returns on (silly federal regulations).

Was better before change I loved this product before they changed it. It was a crumble, easy to scoop and my horse loved it. NOW it is more of a long pellet, not easy to scoop out and my horse doesn't like it as much. Go back to the old product please! February 22, 2013

Yummy pellets My picky mare wouldn't touch her supplements at all. Was leaving her grain basically untouched. Added the yummy pellets, and now she can't wait to get her supplements and finishes her completely! August 14, 2012

Makes the medicine go down... My Fjord has to have Pergolide and Thyro-L powder added to his feed, and he's not allowed to have sweet or high-fat feed. He was leaving a lot of powder in his feed tub until I added the carrot flavored pellets to his SmartPak. Now he's cleaning it up! June 5, 2012

My horse didn't care about the flavored pellets. This product did not make my horse interested in his grain. Didn't work for me. I used the apple flavor April 30, 2012
