Weatherbeeta Genero 1200D Standard Neck Turnout 4.4 5 11 12
Not too bad, but not too great either I bought this blanket on sale to be a lightweight turnout sheet for my clipped horse on warmer winter days. After wearing it for a month, the blanket already has a ton of little rips from, I assume, just walking through the trees in his pasture and playing with his pasturemates. He's also managed to rip off/eat most of the hemline/piping around the outside of the blanket. Finally, the waterproofing leaves something to be desired, causing me to have to re-waterproof after only a few months of wear. Overall, I have to say that I am not terribly impressed with the quality. At least the fit is nice enough, and doesn't rub or twist. I'd say it fits true to size. If your horse has a high set neck, you might look for something else, though. March 6, 2013
Excellent light turnout This is a replacement for an identical blanket that mysteriously got ripped while he was boarding for a week. Fantastic lightweight turnout that does not move an inch despite rolling, galloping and 'horsing' around. Great price & we love it! February 5, 2013
Good for the Price I have not had the sheet very long so I am not sure about durability, but as far as quality goes for the price it is very good. January 15, 2013
Good Sheet at a Better Price Overall I liked this sheet and especially liked the price! I just recently bought a gelding who I am having a really hard time fitting blankets for. This one has fit the best so far, and stands up to his rough-housing in the paddock. Will be purchasing another for my other horses! November 12, 2012
Good basic value in a sheet Sturdy construction for a low-cost sheet. I think it runs a bit small size-wise, but it depends on the shape of your horse. October 30, 2012
Weatherbeeta Genero turnout Nice light turn out blanket for Spring and Fall. Colors are a little wild, but the horse doesn't mind. June 6, 2012

To Clip or Not to Clip I've heard that body clipping in the spring is "too late" because you're clipping over the newly growing in coat... What do you think? What's the best body clipping schedule? - Jessica N., Charlotte, VT
