Not as advertised
Smartpak and other sites need to clear up the confusion about this saddle. It is not crafted by Bruno Delgrange or made in France. The P.J. saddle used to be but is now made in Morocco by P. Jolicoeur. The P.J. by Delgrange saddle is stamped just like that. The made in Morocco saddle is the one stamped like in the picture, with just PJ. Don't be fooled. I have tried both one after the other. This saddle is not same quality as the P.J. by Delgrange yet costs like a premium European saddle.

Perfectly Balanced!
Absolutely the best saddle. 95% of the riders in my barn ride in them and my trainer swears by them. I really wish I would get a medium wide tree but may have to get some custom work done to achieve that. Leather is butter soft and gorgeous. Absolutely worth every penny!

fantastic saddle!
I spent months trying to find a reasonably priced, nice, good quality. I found all my needs met in the PJ. After trying at least 5 other saddles of the same price range I found nothing that matched the comfort and amazing quality of the PJ.
The fit is brilliant, the knee rolls are absolutely wonderful, and the leather is butter soft. This saddle has that natural "stick" to it, so it is perfectly grippy for the rider, but not obnoxious.
I love the deep but not too deep seat. It is great for Eventing.
Absolutely love this saddle, I would and have recommended this saddle to multiple people. Its the best!

Best ever.
I absolutely love the Original “PJ” Saddle. I sadly outgrew my first one, so I sold it and got a bigger one. I had my first one for a few years and it still looked beautiful and new when I sold it, after having been through much of Florida's unpredictable summer weather. It provides unparalleled support and security which is great for me since I do the A/O Jumpers. It’s also incredibly comfortable to just sit in, even more so when you're actually riding. The Original PJ Saddle fits horses well, and you can always go the custom route with this saddle if you don't want to buy "off the rack." Either way, this saddle is a worthy investment that will last for years to come. Exceptional quality and workmanship, I highly recommend.
