The Mane Puller 2.7 5 12 12
The Mane Puller Total waste of money in my opinion. Very badly made and just does not work. March 9, 2012
Works best on a longer mane The mane puller works well if you have a lot of work ahead of you. It is fast and easy on a longer mane. If you just want to "shape up" a shorter mane, it won't work as well. October 25, 2011
Not worth the money I bought this hoping it would make pulling my pony's over sized mane easier. I am sadly disappointed with it. I read that others came with instructions, mine did not. No matter how I tried it, the hair just pulls through and does not pull out. Like others; I tried more hair, less hair, wrapping it more times around the comb part, etc. Going back to the boring aluminum pulling comb. April 4, 2011
The Mane Puller The combs for $0.99 are as effective and as easy to use. I sent this one back. My first return to SmartPak. November 18, 2010
too good to be true I hate pulling my mare's mane, so I was really hoping that this would be easier for both of us. Once I figured out how to do it in an easy motion, it was slightly easier then my comb, but my horse still didn't like it and it was harder to get a nice edge. I wouldn't recommend it-not worth the time or money. May 24, 2010
IT slipped through and failed I was so excited to get this, read the directions and then tried it...couldn't make it work...it slipped through the mane w/out pulling it out! I do allot of braiding and clipping/grooming! Im going to return it! May 19, 2010

To Clip or Not to Clip I've heard that body clipping in the spring is "too late" because you're clipping over the newly growing in coat... What do you think? What's the best body clipping schedule? - Jessica N., Charlotte, VT
